Most sc2 spectators know EGTL players from the sheer amount of play we've seen them do. Compare that to the majority of Kespa players and we're left scratching our heads. So long as they don't run across the actual upcoming sc2 giants, most of which are already quite clear to us, then there is still a lot of unrefined play amongst Kespa players. Add in that someone like Jaedong and Taeja are probably guarenteed to play every single game with a decent chance of victory and they're probably well priced.

Add in that someone like Jaedong and Taeja are probably guarenteed to play every single game with a decent chance of victory and they're probably well priced. I am basing my picks mainly on Hybrid proleague and BW potential, and how I think their talent translates tbh. I didn't watch MvP at all, not a single game. I don't even know the results lol so maybe I don't know what I'm doing. I think EGTL are overpriced because most of them will be traveling to other tournaments and will most likely miss a few games. A 7 for me has to play every single week, and Taeja and HerO are already missing this week. Stephano is apparently on a break (not sure how long) so 7 on him is risky too. I expect all of them to miss a week or two more because of other commitments and that makes it hard to pick them. Not to mention Kespa dudes only have Proleague to worry about right now so they will be more prepared for their matchups than someone on EGTL who have foreign tournaments, online tournaments, GSL and GSTL to prepare for. EGTL are incredibly strong of course, but player value isn't always the same as player skill.

I decided to do a 2/2/2 race split for my team. Pretty much the whole team is players I support/enjoy watching except for Check and Comet. Check and Comet are here as x factors or game changers. They can pull upsets or loose lol. I hope they do well. I have no comments on my anti team. glhf everyone.

Flash is recommended by Artosis on SotG. Haruhi is TOP 16 on the Korean Ladder. Hydra is under-priced and needed a good CJ player. SoO placed 13 - 16th at MLG. ZerO is my purple glasses love. _ANTI_TEAM_ Bear might not see any play at all. < Not even a TLPD for the kid. Bisu is playing against Dear, I am gambling Dear will win. Hitman's Backpack Main Team 1 Hitman Just look at this guy's name, you know he means business. Hitman, he;s a fucking assassin! Though we haven't seen him play in SC2, I predict he will brutally strike out of the shadows, murdering someone in cold blood right before our eyes, and then we will know his true power. 1 Hyuk Only 1 point player I've actually heard of lol 2 IdrA IdrA has been doing really well lately, so this is a pretty good choice in my opinion 5 JangBi BW OSL winner, nuff said. 4 JYP GSTL monster and also a generally really good player otherwise 12 Rain (captain) SC2 OSL winner, GSL ro4 before being knocked out by MVP. He's a fucking monster, I'd even say he's the best player in proleague at the moment. 5 SK Telecom T1 Really, really solid looking team, mainly because they have Rain, but a lot of their other players are really good too. BoxeR being the coach also helps. Anti Team 4 Light 5 Jaehoon 4 sKyHigh Haven't seen much of any of these guys at all lately. I was going to put Bisu down here, but I want a safer bet since he could have gotten much better. + Show Spoiler + Hitman is carrying this team

Main Team 3 Action 3 Crazy-Hydra 3 Dear 6 soO 7 TaeJa (captain) 3 Wooki 5 SK Telecom T1 Anti Team 8 Jaedong 2 Speed 3 Zenio First time doing this and didn't really put that much effort into it. Was reading the scoring rules and got bored so just picked some players I believe will do good for main, and vice versa for anti. I believe Taeja is a solid terran who will see a resurgence in the coming season, and he is slightly underrated atm so I picked him for captain. Action + CH + Dear + Wooki = cheap Z/P who should be decent, and goes against weak opponents first round. I have not followed SC2 proleague closely enough to know their potential, but KT and STX are decent teams (especially KT) who chose to field them so I believe some have potential. Also I used to be a KT fan in BW so I voted a bit with my heart. soO = Underrated Z IMO (slightly). Could have used him for captain as well. Team = SKT1. Strong team with Boxer as their coach. ANTI: Jaedong = 8 points? That is more than Taeja, Stephano, soO, Hero, etc. Also he is just now transitioning to a new team and practice environment which can't be good in the short term. I consider him a good zerg, but not a top3 in PL zerg. Zenio = 3 points is quite a lot for such a weak player, and with EG-TL players going to international tournament and being fairly top-heavy he will often have the chance to fail in PL. Now that I think about it I'm not really sure if that is a good thing, but I hope him losing will give me points. Speed = Unknown terran on T8. Don't know him, but that sounds pretty bad. And as with Zenio it is not unreasonable to suspect he will get played due to T8's terrible line up. Just hope this isn't me being ignorant and Speed isn't actually amazing, though his cost of 2 points would suggest that he is pretty unknown and not that good.

I think soO is going to do some good things for sure. Here's mine: The Long Patrol Main Team 9 Bogus 6 Fantasy (captain) 6 soO 3 Turn 2 Mind 1 BisAnG 3 Woongjin Stars Anti Team 4 Bisu 5 Jaehoon 4 sKyHigh What do you guys think of taking Mind over Sea at 2 points? The deciding factor for me is that I think Mind will play more often than Sea will because TL-EG is so deep. But I'm waffling on that one.. I made Fantasy my captain instead of Bogus mainly because he's valued so high I could trade him for just about anyone if he starts showing signs of inconsistency. Fantasy should be consistent enough for me to be stuck with him for awhile.. Edit: Also, do I stick with Turn at 3 points, or do I go with Crazy-Hydra? decisions, decisions..

Other than that I tried to base my picks on the first week of matchups instead of looking down the stretch. Hopefully I can make trades to enhance the lineup as the season goes on.
