I'll try and compile a list of all the remaining teams soon. What really helps is when I click on a liquipedia link and the very top note actually say that the team has disbanded

Yes, but it also has player transfers and therefore it's hard to see just teams. :/ That's true. Unfortunately, you cannot sort the table because it's technically a bunch of tables taped together. Otherwise you could just sort by "team disbanded" or something.

EDIT: Yeah, there it is. Category:Disbanded Teams Not quite as populated as I hoped, though.

Are the kespa teams part of sc2 teams now? In that case i can imagine air force ace being added to the list.. (don't know if they've officially disbanded, though..)

Negative.
Ace already said they were disbanding once BW was being cut off. The team served it's purpose in their eyes.

Added flags. I was bored.

Oh, for a moment I thought the countries by flags were teams that were disbanded, and thought you messed up with quantic being disbanded. Turns out it was just a list of teams regardless of if they were disbanded or merged.
What about FXO.CIS? Would that count as a merger?
|
Guild of Imbalance -> FXOpen eSports
If you can count that. imba didn't disband, but they are no longer a sponsored competitive team and FXO took all their good players, so does that count? Up to you I suppose. 03/03/2012 anyway.

wtf quantic gaming disbanded?....
EDIT : I don't understand the point of putting teams that haven't been disbanded , really confused me till I read that little part. xD
