So my night has gone pretty casually so far. Yes, it's weird that I am writing this 9:19PM on a saturday night, but I am writing this quickly, and then I am going to shower before I go back out.
I didn't drink too much yesterday so I woke up with no hangover. Then I got through a days worth of homework for psych reading and almost finished a 2 page essay. I also went random knocking on doors and met a couple people, get my name out there and extend my social network.
So why am I not at parties? Well I can go because I know people who are going there, and as a freshman going to a frat party your first week would be pretty cool, but I AM only a freshman so I decided to stay around the freshman dorms area and meet more people from my grade.
I could be drunk right now, but I just like being high more than being drunk (sounds like im totally addicted, but I will be stopping by the beginning of september for a break). Since I have been around a lot of upper classmen, I have more connections than usual now.
So the usual hustler I am, I helped him out and he ended getting 200$ for a half (14g), pretty damn good deal. However he had a recital or preformance or some shit to go to so I had to hold onto it for him for a little bit. For my trouble, yes I can get into quite a bit of trouble if I have 200$ worth of marijuana being carried around, he gave me a little bit of bud, about 20$ worth which is a fair compensation.
When he's done with his thing, we are gonna smoke some more later, and get to build up the freshman community of smokers.
So basically today I got some homework done, worked out, and networked and got a free little dub of weed. Pretty cool night so far. We will see where this goes...

Party/Socialize it up now, because stuff gets real junior/senior year when you try to enter the job market. Odds are you're going to have to spend a lot of time your last 2 years trying to improve your skills to the point you can actually get hired in the industry you want to go to.

Shooting for GW. Also tuition is 50k with no financial aid. Some people are paying full price so I know there are some pretty rich people who might be able to help out a bit haha

What kind of school is 50k? A UC costs roughly 20k. Sounds absurd.

Oh jesus the many freshmen I've heard saying "pre med" as some sort of goal or major. I don't hear that from seniors and juniors much. I don't know what it is like for "pre med" students like you, but for majors like mathematics, computer science, and physics, shit does indeed get real during your last 2/3 years, a bit too real such that a lot of students change majors.
Enjoy your freshmen year, but know that of all the college years, the first year is always the rosiest, safest, and secure time.

Ok, what's the point to this. Is this really what u wanna end up doin, or how can you be completely certain you can keep a firm grip on it, rather than it taking over and becoming too powerful on your priorities. I know lots of people who started out dabbling but now screwed up their brain development cause they were young + weed = lower IQ can't stop, and are frankly, unmotivated loosers.

I just have nothing to do like no homework to really justify not smoking...Im done with pretty much everything for the next week

I don't think it's weird that you are on the internet at 9pm on a Saturday night... you don't have to go out partying every Fri/Sat night lol

More people will want to hang out with you if you don't say 'bro' and 'yo'. Not overplaying the fact that you're pre-med will help too.

New York University costs a little above $50,000 a year. I'm pretty sure Washington University St. Louis does, also.

That doesn't make sense.
