Ive only hit highish diamond on random 2v2 but it seems everyone there is around gold 1v1 because of the higher player counts and lower mechanical skillcap, so the games are not very good at all I'm not biased or anything but hell yeah it's worth watching. Previous weeks have been pretty entertaining, and this week has a mix of the regular teams and teams that joined just this week to get at the prize pool. There will be plenty of standard play to learn from and abusive builds that hopefully will get exposed

you could show the army tab from time to time, there we can see the supply counts from all 4 players at once. keep it going!

, the times don't suite europeans. I dont recognise most of the ppl who have won previous tournaments here O.o. seems weird since I have been following high level 2v2 on both the EU and NA servers pretty closely since the game came out. Whats discouraging the good NA teams?

-Improve your casting skills. maby look at some other casters (not only sc2 casters ofc) and take nots so the show gets more exciting. -get help, U say I are doing all of this alone, the 2 of U. maby see if u can get admins to help out in small stuff. -remove lunar, dont say that we should not do that on ladder. becouse what they did in the finnals is standard on that map. the map is favoring that play so much. PZ is kinda OP on lunar. TP is relly having a hard time on lunar. -start a discussion about the new maps that have goten in the map pool. U have 4 maps that is not from blizzard, but they are not playde thet much. If U get a talk about them the map makers will be better improving them and so on. But alsow somthing relly important can be made. A standard map. righet now in 1v1 Pros knowe what a standard 1v1 map is. and if the map is not stadard 1v1 they dont play it, sying its broken fix it! I mean if all 2v2 maps need a inbase natural like keep and bonyard to be balanced, or all 2v2 maps need to be big, like many of the maps that have goten in this map pool. Sorry 4 maby a litel bad ENG, its not may nativ languige. U are doing a gr8 job. Keep at it.

I've put my responses in the following spoiler: + Show Spoiler + -Improve your casting skills. maby look at some other casters (not only sc2 casters ofc) and take nots so the show gets more exciting. We completely agree that our casting is pretty dry right now. Part of it is just being tired and part of it is because we like to be a little more analytical and critical at this point in 2v2's development, but we are definitely working on making our casting more exciting! -get help, U say I are doing all of this alone, the 2 of U. maby see if u can get admins to help out in small stuff. I think DoubleReed did a great job last night as an admin, handling the almost 100 people that participated. One team did fall through the cracks this time (though we did eventually get them registered and in), but I handling the stream will become easier the more I do it so I'll be able to help out more when we're not casting. -remove lunar, dont say that we should not do that on ladder. becouse what they did in the finnals is standard on that map. the map is favoring that play so much. PZ is kinda OP on lunar. TP is relly having a hard time on lunar. Race imbalances on a map will always exist, just as there are plenty of maps in 1v1 that strongly favor a certain race. The reason why our map pool is so ridiculously large is to cover the larger number or match-ups that exist. Even in the finals the teams had the opportunity to veto 3 maps each. If it really is the case that more than 3 maps are heavily favored towards one race-combination in a match up, then we need to look at our map pool as a whole. Right now, though, I don't think there's a case like that. The winning team simply vetoed maps they weren't familiar with, and felt more comfortable playing on Lunar in the matchup than those maps. -start a discussion about the new maps that have goten in the map pool. U have 4 maps that is not from blizzard, but they are not playde thet much. If U get a talk about them the map makers will be better improving them and so on. I mean if all 2v2 maps need a inbase natural like keep and bonyard to be balanced, or all 2v2 maps need to be big, like many of the maps that have goten in this map pool. Unfortunately a lot of people came into the tournament for the first time at this tournament so, even though we've had some of these community-made maps for over a month, they weren't too familiar with them. We were thinking of doing some map introductions like those badass ones from the WCS China production (seriously those things were awesome) to help show the map, but really it's just going to take time for these maps to get more exposure and play. We haven't heard of or seen any broken play on any of the community maps yet Sorry 4 maby a litel bad ENG, its not may nativ languige. U are doing a gr8 job. Keep at it. Thanks for the input

+ Show Spoiler + If people are interested I will upload the map files, it's nothing big and just an edit of a 1v1 map I once made but Kuihtuneet was just a quick mockup too.
