Hey TL,
Today when I tried to log in the portrait thing pops up like normal, but the portrait doesn't load and when i click "enter" it stays there like the image below.

I though it was all of B.net but than I logged into my smurf acc, and it worked perfectly fine until...

than 2 mins later, it says I need to 5 more placement matches...

Im actually diamond.. with all placements all done.. so idk why ^ happened.

So please help me guys, I cant play sc2 at all.

I'm having the same issue with logging in. No portrait and can't log in. Probably something going on w/ NA servers. Try again later I would guess.

I am having the same issue. I am able to log in using the 1.5 arcade beta client, but using the normal client i get stuck on the portrait/enter screen.

They should at least notify us about whats going on.

I had the same thing happen to me. Something is probably wrong on Blizzards end after all it is Teusday when they usually do maintanence. It will probablly be fixed soon enough.

How strange... , I just finished laddering on EU and haven't had any problems, maybe the glitch is just exclusively on NA?
EDIT : i just went online again there weren't any problems on EU

Yeah, I'm experiencing the exact same issue. It is tuesday so I suppose it's safe to say there's some sort of maitenance taking place

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, so it seems like its an NA only glitch.
It also seems like you can still play customs.

Since it is tuesday, they are likely doing maintence to WoW, D3, Battle.net servers. And they likely broke something that affects the SC 2 servers. Or they are about to release a patch for SC 2, and the server is usually funky.

Edit: Nevermind, I must have just tried when it was fixed, it's working for me now.
NA Battlenet is finally working yay. :D

Isn't the maintenance usually 5am-11am Pacific? it isnt even 10am pacific? I may be wrong though.

ya U.S. servers are doing funky stuff. No portrait and won't let me "enter." TW/KR is fine though.
