Okay, so there are some things I gotta know, keep correcting my grammar if you guys would so kindly, on this game I tried to focus on things like the production tab and then the units tab when it came to engagements, as well as memorizing unit names. I thought it was a little strange that I saw a PvP recently where all the units were called by the names that blizzard assigned them, as opposed to their colloquials (zerglings being called 小狗, and ultras being called 大象, etc.), so I thought I would do the same thing this game.
As far as progress is concerned, I may have found my lucky break, I will keep you guys updated with time, but I should have more new information within the next 24 hours. If you guys really want to know, just post in this thread, and I will edit this later today...

Honestly, I've only seen one or two casts where the caster called them by their formal names. I really haven't seen many casts from Taiwan, but I've seen a few from the mainland, do you speak mainland Mandarin or Taiwanese Mandarin? There seem to be huge differences between the two in my opinion.

I've literally never met anybody who calls the units and building by anything other than xx/bg/小狗
I've been watching mainland Mandarin BW casts, and yes buildings are always called by the shortcut, except for supplies who are 房子, and the vast majority of units have funny nicknames like 小狗, 农民,美女, 飞龙,etc. Only zealots and tanks are called using the English name.

funny how every foreigner's Accent sounds the same when speaking Chinese, but for English as a second language speaker, there are many different distinct accents when they speak English.

nope, fuck working on accent, the goal of language is to communicate thoughts between 2 human, if you can clearly articulate yourself and your ideas then your mastery of said language has served its purpose. There is no need to make an effort to talk like a native speaker of a language. My inquiry is not about your accent, it's about the similarities I been seeing in Chinese speaking foreigners and I wonder the cause of it as in contrast to the English speaking none native English speakers.
