Hello, as stated, I am kinda new to this community, and have been lurking here and had an account made, but have not really said anything.
I am a high bronze/silver SCII(NA) Protosser (keep ping-ponging between the leagues, currently in bronze.) and obviously I have much more then a ton of room to improve.
I am entering my first tournament starting soon, and really feeling nervous about the whole thing. Its only a low league game so its not too much of a difference of skill. Hopefully. The anticipation of actually playing in a tournament is intense. I can actually feel how different my mindset is right now.
Just wanted to say hello to the TL community for the most part. If anyone wants to practice I'm usually in the Teamliquid channel or overflow, and play between Midnight and 4am EST everyday.

Mother of god. WHY do you play SC2 only after midnight!?
Do you have a job? Do you go to school? Even if you don't have either of those things, you really need to fix your sleep schedule.
If you do have one of those things, I think I know why you're in bronze.

Welcome to TL Micen.
Good luck in your tournament. I've only played in a couple of low-level tournaments myself. I lost very swiftly, but the added stress of having to play my best really made me enjoy it.
Fingers crossed you get as much out of it

Woo hoo! lost my first tournament with conviction to Marine Marauder early pressure! I dont know how to counter it as Protoss.

I did get something out of it, it was fun, it put me in a clearer mindset then when I'm laddering. I will do it again until I win, and keep winning.

Get good with forcefields on your ramp, and play defensively until you can get out area of effect damage (high templar for storms, or colossi with extended thermal lance upgrade). Immortals are also great at tanking damage and taking out marauders.
