So here I am, in 2012, and I still cannot find the most suitable gaming mouse that works for me. I have many mice (about 10 or so right now I think?) and I am still stuck using this deathadder. The mice are not only the problem, the issue consists of:
1. I have sweaty hands so most plastic mice make my hands sweat and the mouse becomes somewhat grimy, this also affected me when i used the Qsenn DT-35 keyboard (now i use a das ultimate S)
2. due to hand sweat, rubber mice tend to be the go to. however, many rubber mice (like the deathadder im currently using) has rubber on top, but the sides where you literally grip onto the mouse are not rubber but rather plastic, resulting in sweaty hands yet again.
3. I have a fairly large hand (im also right handed) so I cannot use many short mice, i also palm grip.
Some mice I liked but had to stop using because of sweaty hands consist of:
- Logitech G1
- Steelseries Kinzu
- Steelseries Sensei
- Microsoft intellimouse 3.0 (has too low dpi now also)
and the mouse i am currently using, the Razer Deathadder
I'm not sure if any of you have this problem but perhaps you can recommend a mouse you may find suitable for me due to the above stated conditions.
Thanks guys.

My advice was always this - learn to play so you dont look like complete ass, then complain about equipment. Someone on the other end is laughing at you while rolling you over using some generic microsoft mouse from 2003 and a keyboard that was a bonus when he bought his tower.

im not searching for a mouse for skills i need one for comfort, its hard to correctly control a mouse when your hand is sweating

1. buy a towel 2. put towel on desk 3. when your hand starts sweating wipe it with your new towel

I use the Logitech G500, try it.
Big mouse, reliable, rubber sides, plenty of DPI, adjustable weight etc etc. Plus logitech has the best customer service of all ^^
