I think Leta had this, he should've just turtle more, especially when he didn't see arbiter tech

shift figured out metagame paradigm
2gate goon pressure into double expo as a counter to rax-fe isn't new though

Who woulda thought Skyhigh coming off the sole victory from CJ haha

cj's zerg lineup was such a disappointment today seriously i really wish that woonjin made the playoffs instead

Hydra if he gets a ZvZ. Effort if he got a ZvT. So I would have predicted 4-2.

shift figured out metagame paradigm Well, I wish he saved his initial round of vultures for earlier drop play instead of trying to run by, you already have the dropship coming, and dropping allows you to dump mines much more effectively right in their base
Instead, his initial vultures didn't do much damage, and his real vulture drop was delayed quite a bit

If we're going by classics does that mean SKT loses to KT in the finals this year? :D

I got reach chills watching that game.

Why is the CJ coach sending Hero out, I am for giving the young guys a chance and I don't think anyone else would have favored any better against Flash but that was just a freebie with so many guys with more skins on the wall left sitting without playing a match. Totally outplayed on picks and in game.

Pretty much summarizes the whole game.

I think we shouldn't be gloating too much, but I hope this is a reminder to the people who still believe that KT is a one/two man team. I don't really expect KT to win, but PL has very even teams, they just don't all have the same strengths and weaknesses.

Don't expect anything even half decent out of them.

Aww yeah come on KT, win! Then we Khan can crush you ;D

HYYYYYYDE, I'm not doing tomorrow's LR thread so if you want to do it, go for it.

I was hoping for at least good matches. Only games 1 and 2 are really worth watching I guess. Were the two ZvZ losses BO losses?
|
Typical KT resilience in the face of adversity. If I've learned anything over the last two years, it's to respect KT's team spirit.
Looking forward to tomorrow to see if CJ can lift as a team.
Thanks for the thread, and to the streamers.
