So I have recently ordered from a website called Lizard Lick Amusements. This thread is to tell how TERRIBLE my experience with them has been so far.

I ordered 8 buttons for my Madcatz TE Arcade stick (6 buttons and 2 button plugs) for the arcade stick I am currently building. I ordered these items on 12/25/2011, Christmas.
Now before I ordered the buttons I knew they were out of stock. There is a legend on the website that says how long it will take them to get the buttons before they can ship them to you when this is the case. Below

According to this legend my Sanwa buttons should take 5-10 business days before they are obtained by LizardLick and then shipped to me. I was fine with this.
After my order was completed on the 25th I got an email saying my order was recieved successfully and the items were currently being ordered along with contact information for their sales team and an email to contact.

I have called this number a minimum of 15 times, sent at least 10 emails and I have still heard nothing back even though we are approaching the 3 week mark.
I have received nothing,no updates, no missed calls, no texts, no email NOTHING.
What should I do? I can't find any information on the website about cancelling my order and I am not getting any customer service.
I can go down to the local arcade and just buy buttons even though they are slightly more expensive but at least I will have them and be able to complete my project.
