MMA jokingly suggested to Mvp to pick Yugioh just to kind of see what Mvp's thinking, but when it really looked like Mvp was going to pick him, MMA just picked Yugioh himself since Slayers have 7 players in Code S and it was highly likely that some of them would end up in a same group anyway. Thanks for finding out. I guess that makes sense. Yugioh the martyr :[

Against sC on the other hand, MC actually has a chance (unless he tries to go for timing attacks again, instead of macro games). Idk he got destroyed by sC in a macrogame in the WCG-Quali. Depends on the map. MC's best chance is 6 Gate or some sort of early push. He hasn't looked solid in big macrogames for quite a while. He allways takes his thirds pretty late and tends to get behind in upgrades and then just dies horribly in the first engagement.

I admit I should have said that I am 100 % correct for the prediction that I cared about as I'm only interested to see who would advance and not who would advance 2-1 and who would advance 2-0. You are so good man! On topic: So sad that Ryung is knocked down Hope he can get back to to code S! But he will have to beat Max or Brown, and later Losira/Fruitdealer/Alicia. Wow, so many pssible teamkills. Very sad for a Slayers fanboy... Hope all of them at least go to Up&downs.

Sure he's played plenty of macro games in the past, but look at all his recent games.

Really? That game was insanely close, especially given the amount of damage MC took from SCs first attack. Well, maybe not insanely close, but still an impressive performance from MC.

It was the attack in the first 1-2 minutes that really ruined MC's chances - he was insanely far behind after that, with no option to put pressure on (which was his intention). When your opponent is down workers and can't put pressure on you can do what you like. Of course, because it is far harder for Protoss to come back when being behind than Terran that played a part too, but I certainly wouldn't use that example to say "MC sucks at macro games". As for why MC gets behind in upgrades and takes late thirds, look at some of my posts. I'm no pro, but I've explained that, at least how I see it, the reasons for this are not because of his playstyle, but because it is necessary to win at the highest level - as Protoss, taking a fast third or going for early double-Forge upgrades leaves you open to a giant window of timing in which a decent Terran can cripple you.
