Did anyone ever have this?
When I try to login it says that My account has been suspended due to multiple violations of Battle.net service policies? Does anyone know where I can find these policies? It also sad that I need to check my email address for more information, but I checked it and saw no information regarding my account being suspended.
Does anyone know if I can get my account back or do I simply need to buy a new one?

What did you do wrong? Do you have any idea at all what you did that would provoke this suspension?
|
Did you check your junk mail also? Perhaps it didn't get through the filter or something. Otherwise just email the support and ask I guess.

I did BM to some people, but it wasn't really nothing that I would say that gets me banned. It's just some light raging.
I did get A-LOT of emails from blizzard under the name WowAccountBlizzardAdmin@blizzard.net
I thought these were fake so I never really bothered with them. They were about my account being hacked and likely being sold.
I checked my junk folder and the only two emails I got were about email activation and another one from the WowAccountBlizzardAdmin telling me that my account was stolen and being sold, again.

always check (as in "read the address") the links in these emails. either they start with x.blizzard.com/ or x.battle.net/, in which case they may be real, or they start with x.blizzard.wow-server-hoster-of-your-trust.tv in which case they are fake.
In both cases however you should not click any of these links, but just go to battle.net and log in with your account and see if that works and if there are any funny notifications or something. maybe verify that your personal data is still there and correct etc.

I just opened a ticket so I hope they can help me out there.
I did check my account and all seems fine.

Third thread like this seems blizzard did their annual ban wave

MisterD? 1st line "always check the links in these emails" 4th line "you should not click any of these links"
xD
i agree with the snd statement and if you bm'ed a lot you get a lot of complaints and you get suspended/banned. Thats why there is a report function.

check does not mean click. you can hover links with your mouse to see the address they point to in your browser window. edited for clarification

In team games when people rage on me or act childish and rude I sometimes even leave the game pre-emptively. Think it teaches a great lesson. I really don't care and they could have won with "me the newbie" but now they lose because they rage and act very aggressive and rude towards me. To clear my mind and keep my calm because it does make your blood tingle, always send a report after the game. Pretty much some info about the harassment and that it doesn't allow me to enjoy the game, which should be a good motivator to take action against these people. Even if I will never know if that person has gotten a warning, a temporary ban or whatever, that also allows me to be content that they might.
I can't say much about your case other than that it does suck if it's legit. What can be light raging from your side can be incredible annoying and inappropriate and totally crossing the line. It's mostly the attitude that reflects and it doesn't really matter what you say exactly, but how and the way etc. That is of course also for the other person to perceive that a certain way but if you got banned for being BM then you might need to re-evaluate if you can't actually image it being crossing the line for other people? Again I don't know what you said so this can't be a judgement. Usually though, it comes from some sort of mis-judgement
Anyway it was nice to read since it seems to validate some of the above which will allow me to play with less rude people and keep more calm when it happens, hopefully.
Hope you get the situation resolved regardless and maybe it's just temporary? Lets hope! Good luck man.

they will unban you for 24 hours and you will have to apologise to all of those people within that time or you'll get banned again

Did you get anything more specific in regards to reason? Or do you just think it was most probably the BM?

This has been happening to a lot of people recently, something blizzard has been doing to keep people more mannered. Hopefully you learned from this

Next time you lose to a cheese (which is what triggers the BM I guess?), ask him how you can defend it, and how you should scout it. Then try to make some small adjustments to your play to cover for it. gl hf.
Yeah, I normally don't really BM that bad. But I got promoted to masters yesterday and then played so bad that I got back into diamond and continued to lose, so :p

The fabled good mannered sc2 player: Urban Legend or Real?
Find out when this guy's account gets unbanned!

i got suspended as well bilzz told me that i m using "third party software" for cheating/ hacking which i didn't use anything except for scgears
but there is no such thing as being suspended for bad manner or saying bad words to other player and any one who tells it because of BM they simply dont know wtf are they talking about
