Cute!
I found out I worked at the same company as coLrsvp last year when I wore the TL winged horse t-shirt to a training session and got contacted afterwards; that was pretty random and cool.
In the meantime, I keep a few SC shirts in the wardrobe rotation to see if it catches anyone's eye; no luck yet. =/

i liked the protoss logo in the eyes it made me laugh

I once saw a guy walking my way with a TL shirt on so I was like "hey man nice shirt!" but he was wearing headphones and he just stared at me and kept walking

Whenever I wear this hat I usually get at least one or two smiles.

I wore my TL jersey to the first LAN I went too...
I was getting stares from inside the place, when I was in the parking lot. It was awesome. :D

With all these threads popping up lately there's something I just can't understand...
Why do so many people not say anything when they see people with sc/tl/etc gear on? I mean, my first reaction is "hey a starcraft shirt" or something like that...
|
To this day I've never seen another person wearing a TL shirt other than myself. Also, only one person has ever had the idea of saying something when I was wearing the shirt at San Jose State. I have seen a dude with a Terran shirt, but I'm kind of racist when it comes to this game so I just chose not to berate him with my inner hatred.
edit: I think we as a SC community should come up with some kind of nerd, gang sign to identify ourselves as part of the SC community. Surely some pro player could endorse this and begin the trend....

I got one of those HOPE shirts with Idra's face on them that was going around in beta. No one has said anything to me yet other than "Who is that on your shirt".
I, of course, respond with "The new Obama".

Whoa whoa whoa.
Delaware Valley? I'm in the area. Although I don't have a protoss shirt.

I've worn my TL shirt to class at least once every 2 weeks since September. I haven't had anyone come up to me about it yet which I find a bit surprising. There are quite a few koreans at my university, not that being korean implies knowledge of starcraft lol.
Maybe I need to spend more time around the engineering building ^^

Those doodles were awesome~! Supremely cute. I can relate to the social awkwardness too. Or maybe it's social apathy? Like I'll see a cool looking dude in an SC t-shirt and think "meh theres like thousands of those guys on the internet" and then not think about it anymore.

Other than my CSL team, I once saw someone wearing a handsome nerd hoodie across the street. I didn't stop him or anything, didn't seem to be too big a deal since my CSL team is like 20-40 members strong now lol, and the DC area has a pretty enormous TL community at this point

Five out of five cutes. Blog of the day.

I wore my TL shirt to class once. One guy on campus noticed and we played some, but I haven't seen him since he transfered.
I doubt anyone in my area plays too much SC anyways.

It's time to buy a SCII related T-shirt and walk around my neighborhood :3

Just out of curiosity, do you read Hyperbole and a Half? The style of your post reminded me of that site.

I like the part where you were playing BW

I wear my TL shirt at least once every other week to class and have yet to have someone say anything about it, or even give some hint of recognition. This just might suggest there aren't any gamers in my classes. But the thing is, I go to an art college...and my building is also the interactive game design building .____.
It seems that my fellow SC players here are as socially inept as the artist stereotype implies. Either that or I'm not liking the games people here are playing (and subsequently might be making in a few years).

LOL 5/5
Need to buy myself some SC-related apparel

I tried hard not to smile. I failed something fierce.
