Yeah they're a huge corporation and they're out to sell shoes. But there's no doubt that their commercials are some of the most inspiring things I've seen.
"Courage" - collection of clips of inspirational athletes and stories. Find out what each image means on the Nike website, http://www.nike.com/courage. Song is "All the Things that I've Done" by the Killers.
"See Lance Ride" - Lance Armstrong riding bike through America. Music composed for the commercial.
"Leave Nothing" - Football commercial with Shawn Merriman and Steven Jackson, directed by Michael Mann and set to "Promenatory" from the soundtrack of Last of the Mohicans.
"Take It to the Next Level" - FPVOD of a soccer player training and competing, various cameos from famous soccer players. Song is "Don't Speak" by Eagles Of Death Metal.
"Never" - Earl Woods talks about his son Tiger's mental toughness.
Commercial comparing Federer and Tiger.
"Move" - Commercial transitioning from sport to sport, soundtrack won awards, and was composed only for the commercial.
Training commercial where athletes waking up and training, including Sharapova, Kobe, Liu Xiang, etc. Song is "Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution" by AC/DC.
"My Better" - Athletes training. Song is "List of Demands" by Saul Williams.

Plenty of other companies spend as much money as Nike but their commercials suck. Anyway, that's not my point, I'm not trying to prove the superiority of Nike's video team, but rather to simply show the beauty of these video clips (even if they are commercials).
You also have to take into account that they have easy material. Advertising sports isn't exactly difficult, as say Pizza or Medicine, etc.
What impresses me most about Nike commercials is their music because if you have trouble finding/making inspirational videos from sports, you're doing something wrong.

Well the cool thing about these commercials is that they embody the "Nike Spirit" really well, which is what they pay millions and millions of dollars for. Those commercials are really intense.
