Well its true, over 10% of the replays i load have unknown values making it inaccurate and not very helpful for me, i was really looking forward to using this program too!
Too bad the program doesn't have an option where you can fill in the "winner" yourself. That way you can just watch the replay and replace the winner if the replay cant grab the winner itself

Nope, just F11 + n or q. Thats it. Sometimes when in starcraft my keyboard will change somehow though, and ` will become #, and ? will be and E with ' on top but restarting starcraft fixes that.

hey, it would be really nice if you added the information what the win/lose ratios in every matchup on specific maps is, in multi replay analysis.
for example i'd like to compare on which map my tvz is best worst etc.

Does SC2gears slow down your computer or drop your fps in general if you have it open while you play starcraft 2?
Javaw.exe seems to take good bit of memory on windows task manager when I have SC2gears on.
Anyone?

Sc2gears uses CPU close to 0 % in idle mode (e.g. no replay search or analysis), it does not slow down your computer or make lower your FPS. It uses memory based on what you use (or used) it for. If you just start it but do nothing else, it will use less than 50 MB.

Sc2gears 7.6 has been released with Word Clouds and Game length records.
Details are in the first post.

Lol I just had a funny mental image of what CombatEX's word cloud would look like... I cant say any more as it would be NSFW

Will you ever add an option to see matchup statistics per map? Or just tell me where to find it.^^

Until then you can pre-filter the replays by map that you preform the multi-rep analysis, so the statistics (including match-up stats) will apply to the map you filtered by.

Having a problem when shutting down from the start menu, when sc2 gears is maximized it just goes un responsive forcing me to force shutdown the program. Been happening for a couple of versions

Get problem on recieving battle.net info for players

Hey Dakota_Fanning, no problems here, just poasting to say great program. Been using since sc2 was released. I love the latest update, more info is like Christmas :D. Apparently I win 90% of my games between 25min and 35min (over 100 games), SO INTERESTING!! ^_^.
Please keep adding more statistical data like this!! :3

w7 64 bit. Does this only occur to you if Sc2gears is maximized? And is it simple maximized window or fullscreen?
Can you close Sc2gears with ALT+F4 or File menu=>Exit?

first, grats on your "quality poster" star!!
Now, since sc2 gears is the first program that I launch when windows starts would it be possible to implement a "start when windows launches" option?

Just add the shortcut to the start up folder, should be something like C://Users/Appdata(hidden)/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/Startup
And you place a shortcut to SC2Gears in there.

Does SC2Gears filter out repeated actions? I think not from checking but just making sure.
Also, could it be possible to get more detailed timestamps (eg down to miliseconds or partial seconds) or does the SC program not record that?
|
I don't really have anything too important to say, but Sc2gears is probably the best thing ever.

SC2 does not record ms timestamps, it records the frames of the actions. On the top of the charts tab you can choose to display time values in seconds or in frames.
If you want finer time than seconds, then display them in frames.
1 second = 64 frames 1 frame = 15.625 ms
It would be possible to display ms but those who want finer times just use frames which is more accurate.
