He's just speculating about the SK's like you claimed to be doing at the beginning of the game Wiggles. Remember that? When it wasn't such an indication of role or alignment?

Submit Fail! You get the idea though.

Yeah iirc wiggles is playing like kav did in insane as black, but its completely possible he is green/blue. So we should let the other parties trouble each other with this thought and reap the benefits of having a very useful protown person. That's how I see it.

Hmmm, why not "The other SKs" then, there's two of them, besides batman, right? He's talking about something he thought he saw in my posts, and then says "The other SK", singular, picked up on it too. That looks like a slip to me.

Yeah, people shouldn't be squabbling about whether each other are sk or not anyway...just seems anti-town and useless (like squabbling about who really are and aren't II -.- Sorry again guys.)
Fact of the matter as I can see it is clue analysis is going to be how to catch the SKs at any rate. Let's focus on who's scum and go from there eh?

I'm gonna be gone till about maybe 1 hour before the deadline or not at all, so I really hope you guys agree on a vigi hit list. Some that are on my mind right away are:
traitors: CB, VE, Kav would be my order of importance
some suspicious from voting/previous: Pyo, Nazgul, TheAwesomeAll, RoL, Kenpachi
Alright I'm out guys, please do something to organize vigi hits tonight because we need to know which ones are in the game and which ones are active so we can use it as a weapon every night. There's way too many targets right now for them to efficiently use their hits on their own. BC gave them unique names so we have to use this town advantage he's given us.
We can't do much about medics because IMO there aren't not too many people we can say are absolutely innocent ATM, but I can only request that they please don't hero protect someone they think is wrongly being vigi'd. A lot of these kills are loaded kills and will give us a lot of information regardless of flip on top of already being likely mafia. If you guys have some reason to protect them, don't because it will completely confuse the town.
As for DT's, you guys should check out suspicious voters from yesterday and use a mouthpiece to strongly bring up their case if you happen to find mafia.

Now, while I agree with the idea of a target list for the vigs, this post rubs me the wrong way for a few reasons. Chances are there are only going to be what, 2-4 vigs? And you've got EIGHT targets there? That's almost a quarter of the players still in the game man. Second, I'm a firm believer that the power-roles should use their own discretion for several reasons...but beyond that, I find PERSONALLY DIRECTING the power-roles (see bolded bits) is extremely suspect and should be answered for. I don't disagree that this is a complicated setup with several factors, but that doesn't mean that we need to direct every move everyone makes at night. Take RTM for example. Someone (I think they're even in the crowd) HERO VIG'd me after a fake DT claim in the middle of d3. I wasn't under any suspicion and was coasting pretty safely on a cushion of town-cred...and some haywire vig SAVED TOWN from me. It was pretty brilliant play, and they weren't directed to do so in-thread at all. What if we'd decided that game that we were ONLY vigging Town-approved targets?
I'm just saying - don't try and direct the power-roles. A list is fine, but make it a little more consice (it's not like mafia have medics, who cares if they know who the targets are?).

Well if the Mafia know who the targets are they can simply kill others and have no risk of overlapping with vig hits, thus maximizing their KP.

i'd agree on a bullet on him, since he accused lucidity, while redFF mentioned in a PM several minutes before, that he thinks that lucidity is scum. Both denyed a connection, but since lucidity wasn't overly scummy at this point, I am not convinced that this was a random incident. However prplz voted on redFF and kept that vote... I also talked with prplz about notasmurf (the lurker) because he was KAvs secret keeper:
I told him, that notasmurf wrote me a PM about 2 hours before the day ended, in which he told me that he won't change his vote:
[12:20] <supers> nothing special about this, but I think it's strange that he didn't post in the thread at this time, since he was online [12:20] <supers> i mean it was a pretty tense situation [12:20] <prpl> a ton of people posted suspiciously little in the thread [12:20] <prpl> got it now [12:20] <supers> kk [12:22] <supers> so what do you think [12:22] <prpl> so he posted this 10 mins before deadline? [12:22] <prpl> i mean the PM, he sent you that 10 mins before deadline? [12:23] <supers> 7/20/11 07:44 [12:23] <prpl> that's loooong before deadline [12:23] <prpl> deadline was 10:00 [12:23] <supers> 2 hours [12:23] <supers> still a tense situation [12:24] <supers> VE had already claimed to wiggles [12:25] <supers> but you're right... probably not worth a case [12:26] <supers> right now... [12:26] <prpl> don't think so either [12:26] <prpl> he's hiding behind some stupid policy lynch [12:26] <prpl> and lurking [12:27] <prpl> but he didn't do anything overly scummy [12:27] <supers> yes [12:27] <prpl> and he kept his vote on you [12:27] <supers> moreover his role doesn't give us anything about kav [12:27] <prpl> following his policy [12:27] <prpl> not shifting to VE or anything
In my opinion prplz is defending him too strong without a real reason. I didn't even attack him that much... So if he flips red, we would also gain some information about that notasmurf-fellow.

probably a better candidate for a lynch than a bullet - now that i think about it... But I think the vigis should have as much informations as possible. Can't be bad to let them know :-)

I guess out of the three II I distrust CB the most by now but it is more instinct than solid reasoning.
Also I would really like to know the reasoning from Kav and notasmurf why you picked each other specifically and not someone else to share PMs for this? I assume you're not just sharing your plans completely randomly because if Kav is town and notasmurf turned out to be mafia he could just not have admitted to receiving that PM and get a very suspect townie killed without any issues.
What do you two know about each other that we don't?

This has been nagging me too...Did you guys have any previous PMs or any kind of rapport that isn't visible in-thread? notasmurf has been lurking pretty hard, and besides the colossal reveal of Kav's II claim to me, he hasn't done much else in the game otherwise. Any words to that Kav or nota?

Do Joker's hits kill batman?
Also, if you read the OP, then why ask if Ra'as/Joker's hits go through protection? It's pretty obvious it says nothing about that, so why ask, and especially when it's directed at the thread and not the mods? It's non-contributory.
You're right. My bad.
So you're saying I think like a third-party? You never actually stated it. If yes, then of course I think like a third party, when I'm trying to hunt them. Same way I try to think like scum to hunt scum. You're using the logic, that those who talk about the third-parties are third party. I pointed out that it's wrong, because then those who talk about scum i.e. scumhunt, are scum, by that same logic. Also, blues that think like blues are bad, same with scum who think like scum. Scum want to think like greens, blues want to think like greens, and third-parties want to think like greens. The only difference between them is how good they are at it.
First off, you completely ignored my first accusation: that you lied. You lied to defend yourself; you avoided this point. Hey, guess what, you lied earlier to defend yourself when DRAZERK accused you too! So, the question is why would a townie feel the need to lie to defend themselves? The answer, they don't. Town shouldn't lie; it just hurts us.
I'm not just saying you think like a third party. You act like a third party. I've thrown up an analysis on it too.
Scum CAN'T think like greens, nor can blues, nor can third parties. The reason? Information. They have information we don't. You can't just suddenly ignore it. Curse of knowledge. It's an interesting thing. They'll try, but they'll fail, and that's how we catch them.
I'm repeating what I said, for a couple reasons. First, when I'm accused of being a third party, simply for bringing them up, I'm somewhat forced to talk about third parties, aren't I? In the same way that someone accused of being scum must talk about scum and their behaviour. Next, I'm bringing them up, because no one seems to be worried about them at all besides me. They are a threat to town, just the same as scum are. Do you want them to stick around? No? Then why do you try to quash any discussion about them?
See, here is where you're ignoring what I said. I specifically accused you of being SK. How, in any way, does that tell you I want them to stick around? I'm ACTIVELY trying to catch SK. What type of insane logic would make that say to you, "Hey, I want SK to stay alive?" What type of logic turns "You're an SK/Scum" into quashing discussion about them? Moreover, repeating the same thing over and over doesn't do anything for us. We need new information. Repetition of old information just dilutes our new information.
Now, I understand that under the current predicament, we have no choice but to talk about SKs. However, my accusations are also based on a reluctance to analyze, constant lying, defensiveness, and, so far, empty promises for the future. There, that's generalized. You needn't talk about SKs to defend yourself. But see, those are all actions. They're fact.
Hmmm? Check the bolded parts. You ask why I need to talk about them, implying that I shouldn't, then say you never inferred we should ignore third parties. What is not discussing third parties at all, besides ignoring them? You haven't stated it explicitly, but you can see it in the actions and posts of certain individuals. Those who are nervous about addressing third parties, those who want to stop discussion about them, or try to attack the credibility of those who do talk about them.
What? Never inferred we should ignore third parties? I'm sorry, I really am, I don't understand that sentence. Do you mean implied? I'll take it you mean implied.
Yes, I never implied we shouldn't talk about SKs. Once again, I reiterate, I'm actively hunting for SKs by accusing people who act like them (see, you). Deconduo talked about SKs, but he was concise about them. Lynch them, they're dangerous, get it over with. Okay.
But your posts, and your PMs, indicate that you've been continuously thinking about each individual SK's actions. Which, it seems to me, to be overkill when you haven't posted a single analysis. So you say you think like them when you're hunting them; where's the hunt?
Why do you ask for scum hunting? Did I ever promise you any? I don't think so. Don't worry though, I'm doing it. The point is it's just in private, and not the thread right now, until I can form a strong case against someone. Why throw out pointless accusations if I can't realistically get that person lynched yet?
Because.
Mr. Wiggles wrote: We always want people to scum-hunt. There's never an excuse not to scum-hunt; everyone can do it. This provides us with many benefits. First, it's the primary method for actually finding scum. It also means that people have to give their actual thoughts, and have to come up with things beyond "I agree". This gives us information, and information is good. It lets us know what you're thinking, and it puts pressure on mafia to have to contribute. Also, forcing mafia to scum-hunt means that there's a good chance of catching them just based on their analysis, because it's hard to find people who are scummy, when you know they aren't scum. Therefore, why in private? How do you know you can't get the person lynched? In the words of Jackal, can you be 100% sure? Can you guarantee it? Why not post your thoughts? Why not "give us information?"
Also, it's very hypocritical of you to call me out for lack of scum-hunting in the thread, when the only analysis you've done yourself is calling me scum, which is incorrect. So, you haven't been able to finger a single scum yet, in other words, and only have an analysis calling a townie scum.
Why would it be lack of scum/SK hunting if I'm accusing someone I read as scum/SK? I don't have perfect information. For all I know, you could be town, or hell, even blue (doubt it). But I think you're scum/SK, so I push you, and that's scum/SK hunting. When I don't think you're scum/SK, I won't push you, and I'll push someone else. That's scum/SK hunting. What more do you expect of me? What more am I supposed to do except provide an analysis and try to push as hard as I can to get scum/SK lynched? I will never know until someone gets lynched their alignment. Is it different for you?
Also, are you saying that posting the PM from VE was anti-town? That's incredibly silly. What do you suggest I should have done? Held onto it and let a possible traitor accuse me of being mafia later because it wasn't revealed? By posting that, we've netted ourselves at least one traitor, which is a gain.
I'm saying posting the PM isn't pro-town. Posting it shouldn't give you an automatic bye with analysis, and it definitely shouldn't grant you medic protection. I don't know the intentions behind the post, whatever you want to say. All I know are the results. Chaos, havoc, more II claims, more confusion, and supposed "town cred" for you. Netting a traitor? Well, we'll see.
