Well apparently there's a stipulation in the law here that says I can't be jailed for collectibles but I can be held accountable for interest since it is a debt.(Which I breathe a sigh of relief)
I work in a travel agency and I must turn in the money owed to the airlines during the due date of the bank settlement plan. Basically if I don't turn in the full amount by the week of the 21st the agency I work for will be "closed" or will be blocked from issuing tickets from any airline to any destination until the amount is settled. Basically office operations will be stopped. Originally the amount was to have been settled by tomorrow (11 Nov) but I am trying to buy time and like atleast guarantee the office that amount can be settled.
I am well you can say somewhat the guarantor of the tickets. I asked permission to issue tickets and release in advance without receiving full payment yet. (this is not our usual practice unless its been a long time corporate account thats been dealing with us)
In Php it's Php 515,878 less the $ 7000 I approximately will still have a remainder to be paid which has to be settled by the due date.
The amount in the bills are non negotiable. (Sadly enough)
Please let me know what to do next and what will else be needed. As soon as the money has been transfered, I will scan the withdrawal slip and receipt that will prove that I have given the money to the accounting section of our office.
Thank you very much!

Statement from dox
My original blog (http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?id=283600 - November 8th, 2011) was based on the information circulating the event, including the following quotes:
==========
Quote from TheGunRun:
Amanda post paid for the tickets with the agency, if Gus doens't pay her the agency can run after her and put her in jail.
==========
Quote from Dox:
This is a message from Amanda who is possibly facing jail if this is not resolved imminently:
"I issued a total of php 715,000 worth of tickets. 200,000 has been paid, so the outstanding debt is close to php 516,000. Told gunrun already and like im really hoping people in the community can help as being jailed is a possibility for me. I am connected to a travel agency that is why."
==========
I can't claim to know whether or not Amanda was actually at risk of facing jail. I have no reason to disbelieve it either. All I knew is what was reported. I wasn't at the event. I had nothing to do with the event. I was just another spectator watching as the events unfolded online.
