Was just browsing through the portraits on the PTR, and saw that there was one extra portrait added in which is labelled as the 'Starcraft Master' portrait:

I know that this is hardly huge news, but was wondering if anyone knew anything more about it? It doesn't give any criteria on how to get it, and the current picture is the 'Aiur Chef' portrait, but yeah, was just curious to know if anyone else knew anything about it (:
EDIT: 'StarCraft Master' is now a portrait available for completing any 25 of the 30 'StarCraft Master' challenges. I have yet to find the custom game on EU, but I'm sure in due time that Blizzard will release it (:
EDIT #2: Starcraft Master is now available on all servers :D Challenges on the whole seem pretty easy, last few are a bit more challenging, but getting 25 isn't too difficult, gl with the portrait all ^^

It's part of a mod, that seems to be in the game since the beginning, a micro mod or something like that (like the challenges). I think someone at reddit posted some screenshots of this mod (for example 4 blinkstalker [you] against 2 sieged siege tanks [AI]).

Yeah everyone actually has this mod as an unfinished map, it's playable in the editor.

It's Master Chef, the Chef part got cut off.

Looks like it went live today with 1.4.0, still no achievement listed as a requirement. Don't see any new mods (as mentioned above) or anything that would indicate supplemental material that you need to complete to achieve it either. :<

The portrait looks like the Aiur Chef portrait, yes, but the name is different and the current portrait is supposedly a placeholder for an additional one that's yet to come. This is new.
Also, here's another screenshot supposedly related to the micro map Blizzard will be releasing. These achievements are not in the ptr, and the person who sent me this has no idea what the source was.

Im guessing if you play 1000 of each race + random for 1v1 and multiplayer you get the Starcraft Master?
might as well label it "epic tool" :p

every in game achievement or something sadistic like that... "we at blizzard think that you need more to do for casual time-sink because this game is too hard for the achievement community" etc.

Kinda hope they add icon's for being in Master League or GM. So that when i drop out next season i can just flash something around saying ... "yeah i suck now but i use to be good"

they do have achievements worth zero for that you can put in your showcase. They say the league and if you were in the top 50, top 25, and top 8 for team or solo.
