they do have achievements worth zero for that you can put in your showcase. They say the league and if you were in the top 50, top 25, and top 8 for team or solo.
Indeed, this was already added just as this season began. When a season ends, you get a feat of strength based on the milestone for your solo and best team league at the end of the previous season.

Anyone knows anything new about this? After the latest patch I noticed the Aiur Chef picture on the portrait has been changed to just a blue box. I really do think this is interesting.

The following are my personal thoughts on the mystery portrait:
It would make sense that the portrait relates to the mod mentioned in the video above. It's sounds like a mix of the challenge achievements and an existing custom map, Darglein's Micro Trainer (link to this map's TL thread in the spoiler). It'd be along the same lines as how getting all gold medals in challenge mode gets you the spectre portrait. So, it seems natural that Blizzard would link the portrait to that type of "challenge" with a name like "StarCraft Master". The main questions are: Why put it in now? and Why be so secretive about it?
That's what it used to be, then it went blank for months, now it looks weird. I don't know what it is, something like a three headed Nydus worm or something maybe? Harder to tell with the padlock still over it.
