Silly question, but does anyone know when he will start streaming games again? Every time I tune in he is streaming some chicks (Is this the Mia I keep reading about?) stream, and I was just curious.

Hes off-on on the sc2 streaming, i believe he laddered today and played about 6-7 ZvZ's in a row, winning the first 5 (forgot what happened the last 2)

As far as I know, this was mainstream (the stream peaked at 10,000 strong), and people are obviously trying to make it serious. So what is it that you doubt "could ever be serious and mainstream"? Obviously your definition of mainstream is quite limited. Mainstream is CNN, Fox News, the NFL, etc. All I have seen here are a bunch of nerds that have never even gotten to first base. Obviously your delusions about the context which I was referring to seem to have goaded you into dispensing your ignorant viewpoint. Cases ten times worse than this do not get publicized on CNN, this is a localized event in Utah, not international news. Fox news can and may sensationalize this if they get wind of it, and spin it into "ESports Paragon Rapes Pornstar Live In Front Of Encouraging Audience In Game Fuelled Depression" if they ever need to smear something to do with Starcraft, but again, this is unlikely as their agenda lies in far more frivolous matters. Also, Bill O'Reilly would call you out as a pinhead if you send this to him, which you are. Comparing Destiny to a pro-NFL player who might have been doing the same actions is not logical. He is a regular guy who plays games and entertains for a living, not the hero of 6 year olds and balding men who have had their heyday, and the SC2 scene is not as visible as a professional sporting event. Please don't spout effluvium and try to sound like a bright spark. If 10,000 people see something Starcraft 2 related, that is, in fact, mainstream within the Starcraft 2 scene. As for the obvious inflammatory comment you made after trying out your dandy argumentum ad hominem, get a life instead of signing up a new account to troll. I've been registered here longer than you have. From Wikipedia: Mainstream is, generally, the common current thought of the majority.[1] However, the mainstream is far from cohesive; rather the concept is often considered a cultural construct Starcraft is not mainstream and is far from it (in the Western world). The same goes for the views of the people that are claiming that what Destiny constitutes sexual harassment. Those are not mainstream views. You're a persistent one aren't you? You go to wikipedia to pluck out a sentence that says this: "Mainstream is the ideological construct of what most people are perceived to be concerned about right now." In fact, this very ambiguous part right here: "...the common current thought of the majority" does not aid in your very feeble argument, as the "majority" I would conclude, refers to the majority of a group or sub-group of people. And the group or sub-group of people I am referring to is the Starcraft 2 scene. I cannot reason for you, so if you don't understand then this is sad. I'd be hard pressed to say that most people in the Starcraft 2 community do not have at least a passing interest in the image of ESports in general and Starcraft 2 and its fanbase/players. Thus, I would like to believe that this majority cares about the conduct and possible dishonour that could arise from the actions of any visible person within that community. Therefore: while this is not "mainstream" news such as a car bombing, a presidential speech, the retirement of a well known celebrity or businessperson, this is "mainstream" in the sc2 community. I'm done wasting my time on you, you win.

that was quite hilarious. well, not that we didn't already know what was said... RAZER is mad, that's normal, it's a huge corporation and even though it wasn't anything major, he made the brand look unprofessional.

what do you mean he made the brand look unprofessional? did he say something about the product or just destiny being destiny?

That sentence I "plucked" out also happens to be the first line in the article for "mainstream." Hardly "plucked."

The brand directly sponsors him, I'm not sure Razer pays a team so that the players go on and do that in front of a stream. But I'm still in the opinion that it wasn't anything big, and over-reactions shouldn't be made.

I rarely watch Destiny. Is he dating/married to the porn actress Mia Rose? This isn't a troll, I'm honestly curious...

Did he say something bad about Razer?

So, I watched the video and caught up and everything. It really isn't bad. I'm wondering if people who are crying went to college. Theres drunk people and friends all having fun. She never really protested, anybody equating this to sexual assault probably equates a pat on the back as assault.
Somebody linked mia to a picture on twitter and she lolled at it.
