New Skill Build: W Q W Q W R W Q E E R E Q R (1. Tidebringer 2. Torrent 3. X Marks the Spot). I found, as Yango said, that the 11 Mark is truly a hump. So while Tidebringer is incredible at mid where I completely outclass my foes, I found that landing ults and ganks was a hit and miss. With some teams, it was incredibly easy without X and with some, impossible. Granted I am absolutely awful with Kunkka as a whole, he is among my least played heroes (top 5). Ultimately, winning my lane with Tidebringer made the rest of the game a lot easier than getting easy around 6-7. We'll see how this build goes and work from there. - The manacost of Q will remain 100 no matter what lvl & the sleepincrease could be more gamebreaking then skilling the aura during the early game. - Earthsplitter is a nice initiation when a midhero comes to gank because 1) it clears all the trees 2) slows for atleast 3 seconds 3) 35% maxHP damage iirc. - Items are debateable/situational i guess, but in general i like manaboots+mek/BM more then core TQ+SR+FS and its cheaper. And the ssjaman mid guide feels more like a supportguide. A mid gets alot of solo xp/gold, i would maybe opt for some higher tier items earlier (aghs/rfo/bot combo could/should be core on a ss mid). | ||

I'm keeping what's posted nonetheless. maybe it would be worth making a note in the guide that it is possible to get your combo off easier with an early 2 levels in x before maxing torrent? as with every hero, this build is entirely situational depending on how aware your enemies are. some people are absolutely amazing at paying attention for the torrent animation and predicting where you would predict their movements would be. ..or they are just meta-juking you by being completely braindead XD but, one of the comments is that it was mana expensive. that's why you see kunkka players such as !Attacker getting battlefury as his first major item. that mana regen means that with a bottle, you're not mana starved after a fight. plus, its good for farming. again, the build is entirely situational and helpful if you're having trouble hitting torrents. | ||
