Hopefully the red switches will be better (didn't go for black as i've heard several people say it's kinda stiff-ish, which is a turnoff for me)

What i really dislike about the blue switches is the way they come back up after pressing them (quite slow) this is really noticeable for me when im trying to buy in counter strike 1.6 quickly in a few seconds. Hopefully the red switches will be better (didn't go for black as i've heard several people say it's kinda stiff-ish, which is a turnoff for me) Having gone from a SS 6Gv2 (black) to the Quickfire Rapid (red) I could not be happier. The black switches are definitely pretty stiff and it was somewhat tiring holding them down for long periods of time or rapidly pressing them constantly. Reds just feel perfect to me. They're very light, but not quite light enough for me to accidentally press any keys. The quality of the board is top notch. It's basically a cheap Filco, but the cheapness is only in the price. Plus the red backplate looks awesome.

IT has an annoyingly large number of replacement keycaps which aren't really the right size which makes it a pain to type on. I"ve found some sites selling keycaps for like $1 each so I"ll replace those. My main concern is it's from 1988 and it appears to actually have been somewhat *gasp* worn out. The enter key is sort of dull and non clicky. Is there anywhere I could find a replacement spring? http://pckeyboard.com/page/category/Misc Unicomp has the current patents/license and makes modern Model M keyboards.

Is the Ducky key on Ducky Keyboards a normal Windows key or does it have a special function? For example in this keyboard: http://global.pchome.com.tw/english/?mod=item&func=exhibit&IT_NO=DCAH0X-A72506778&SR_NO=SBAE42&ROWNO=7&tm=e The left Windows key has a Ducky symbol on it - does it work like a Win key or not?

For people who have purchased Ducky keyboards from PChome - some models have both "Chinese" and "English" as available options while others have only "Chinese" available. Is the "Chinese" option a pure Chinese layout or a normal QWERTY layout with Chinese letters under the English ones?
