Only one I know of is the Noppoo Choc Mini, which is a weird layout (search on amazon.com and look at a picture and you'll see what I mean), but with that one it really is exactly aligned just like you describe it. There are a lot of keyboards where F1 ends up directly over the "2".

It seems superior (from a Starcraft perspective).

I suppose you could also work out some custom layout of keybinds in SC2 and bunch all you use into the lower left including camera hotkeys. You could stay with your current keyboard and it might be even better for your performance. I'm actually also pretty tempted to buy something like the Noppoo Choc Mini, but can't really justify it as I already have two mech keyboards. The only bad thing I heard was someone not liking the right hand side and the position of the Delete key or Home and End or something.

I've actually never owned a mechanical keyboard before...this one looks tempting. I like my current hotkey setup, the f keys are just a bit annoying to reach. I am used to alt+q,w,e,r for screen positions, but I recently experimented with f keys again and only needing one keystroke is very convenient! I agree that the performance increase (if there is one) would probably not be very significant though (still would be nice ) .

Actually , i have a Steelseries 6GV2 with black switches and i want to take a keyboard with a tactile response , do the brown are better than blue for Sc2 ? (I tried blues on a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 and i liked it a lot but i didn't try the brown cherry MX).. Thanks Blues are markedly more clicky than browns, there isn't a snap midway through the keystroke. I have a QFR with blues and just got a Leopold with browns, the browns are better imo.
