You'll need a new PSU as well, something that is for sure of good quality and can 100% deliver up to its rated wattage, cleanly and safely. Oh, also forgot to ask for your monitor resolution (this is important) and also if you prefer to go overkill on the card (in order to be able to play other games as well at high/very high settings) or prefer to save money. You'll most likely want a HD 6870 / GTX 560 (~$150-180) or HD 6950 / GTX 560ti (~$200-250) though. I'll give recommendations on a card and PSU after you answer the above questions.

If im buying another PSU and Graphics I'd still like to keep it below 600 to 800ish for both of them if possible. Do you have any idea if I were to order them by tomorrow or so when they would arrive, because I would like to be able to install them before march 6 when me3 comes out. Edit: But I definetly want quality. Something that will at least be able to play games on high graphics for the next couple of months

You can either grab a 6870 for $170: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102948 or a GTX 560 Ti for $210: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125401 You can look at the various benchmarks available and decide for yourself whether the extra $40 is worth it. Benchmark: http://www.anandtech.com/show/4135/nvidias-geforce-gtx-560-ti-upsetting-the-250-market/ If you really want to spend close to $600 for a GPU upgrade than you can get a 7950 for ~$470: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121490 Though I'm not thrilled about pairing a 7950 with such a shitty Phenom II X3. Benchmark: http://www.anandtech.com/show/5476/amd-radeon-7950-review And grab an Antec Earthwatts 500D for ~$59.5: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371035 or a Rosewill Capstone 550 for $80: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182068 Again, it depends on how much you want to spend. And shipping usually takes no longer than a week.

I would not upgrade the CPU, it's decently capable. Depending on your mobo, you may want to consider some aftermarket cooling for overclocking, but for most games you wouldn't notice a big difference by going to an i5 (sometimes none, especially if you're on a 60Hz monitor), unless you primarily play only Starcraft 2 and Skyrim). No matter what card you get, I wouldn't be grabbing a single-fan card. For the purposes of very low noise and great cooling, get a dual-fan model (or triple, as windforce comes in 3x and 2x flavors), especially one of these: MSI Twin Frozr, ASUS Direct CUII, Gigabyte Windforce

I was thinking along something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145345 My computer uses DDR3 so this should be compatible

If you have 4GB RAM you hopefully have it in a (2 sticks) 2x2GB configuration. If you find yourself getting close to the limit with your typical PC usage then sure, buy another 2x2GB Kit with the same specs - assuming you have a 64-bit operating system. EDIT: Or you could also get 2x4GB as you linked, but 2x2GB would be cheaper if you already have 2x2GB, unless your mobo only has 2 slots. And I recommend low-profile RAM because you'll probably be keeping it for quite a while and if you ever install any aftermarket cooling, the tall heatspreaders get in the way. They're useless anyway. And don't pay more than $5 more for DDR3-1600 over 1333, the performance gains are very small (sometimes not even existent in many games), and above that even less.
