We localized to EU, casted, then localized back to NA now all the casters that did that fail at exactly 98% on the PTR. Any ideas on how to remedy this? This is also happening to me, albeit at 48%.

The relocalize didn't work. Then I couldn't launch my game. I did a "cleaning" and then I tried to run my game. Nothing. So I deleted my game, reinstalled... but now when I open the game it says "Need to update would you like to download and patch game?" I click "OK." and then it opens up the patcher and does nothing. Stuck at 0%. No download progress. And if there IS some downloading its like 1.5-10 kb/sec which is PAINFULLY slow. Help anyone? I have no firewalls interfering (I updated and patched the game a few days ago after another fresh install), my IE has no proxy settings, its not set to work offline, etc...

Also, Is there any sort of GUI application that allows you to simply choose which locale you wish to access every time you open starcraft II?] Thanks~

If your getting the messed up patch error its something to do with the wrong relocaliser. Go to get the 1.3.6 relocaliser from page 68, this is how i fixed it. Remove the 1.3.4 (or w/e) relocaliser and put in the 1.3.6 one. Go to your root Starcraft II folder (C:\Program Files\Starcraft II\ most likely) and then do a search. Type in the code for what ever server you relocalised to (for me it was taiwan, so zhTW) and delete all of the files that come up in the search, if you tried relocalising to multiple regions do it for all of them. Once you've done this go into the relocaliser and clean the install (option 3). Then relocalise as normal and it should work. On the off chance it still doesn't just repeat, it took me 2 tries iirc. ![]()

I must be doing something horribly wrong but I followed the instructions (which are somewhat confusing). I ran the relocalizer file, set my source as NA and set my target as TW and it ran and did it's thing and nothing changed. Would someone save me from this technological nightmare? EDIT: Okay I fixed that part, got it connecting to TW. However! Now it's telling me that I need an authorized language pack from Blizzard to use this server. Help me again? Heh. EDIT 2: I tried the fixes for this problem previously mentioned in the thread, such as ensuring that I am set to Taiwan (which I am certain of) and removing the variables.txt in my documents SC2. Neither one have yielded successful results as of yet.
