NA Merged with LA today and there was a patch update. Will have to wait for a new version probably but now the servers are one so you wont have to change :D

So i got stuck at 99% update (EN version) with the error most are getting. I did a clean install with the relocalizer option and the patch went through and all (said 1.3.5 on the bottom left during log in). When i tried to play a ladder game it said you must close the game and install the patch. Anyone know the cause of this or how to fix it?

new patch? Can't Blizzard wait till I'm done with my summer exams? [working on it... ]

How long does it usually take to fix Relocalization when it comes a new patch?

Where you possibly not in your original language? I know that can sometimes mess up patching. Might have to just re install sry

I re-localize (2) from 134 (KOR) to 134 (EnUS)
I am using the korean client. When I do that though, it brings me to the 99% patch abort.
Anyone know waht I am doing wrong?
---------------
When I re-localize back to korean, the game actually loads with 1.3.4 at the bottom left but it won't let me login.
|
So, any way to get it working for 1.3.5 yet or will we have to wait? If I recall correctly, there was a way to make it work for the next patch.
By the way, those with the 99% problem:
Run the relocalizer and clean your languages, it's option 3 I think.
Then go into your SC2 Folder, delete any region file that is not your source language. So if you have US and KR, delete every Korean file in your sc2 folder.....
Then run the repair.exe.

DeepBlu2: This appears to be working for me, will confirm once the Repair tool is done. Thanks in advance!

I have an EU client, I want to make it play on the TW server. How do I do that without changing the language of my client to TW?
Sorry for noobery. The language is always the same as the original client installed. Whatever your EU client language is it will stay that no matter what region you change to.
But when I changed to Taiwan it changed my whole game to Taiwanese :O
R u sure about this?

I do not have the 99% program, my problem is when I try to switch from English to Taiwan it lets me relocalizer but then when I start sc2 my login doesn't work for my ta account. When I sign on to my US acc. it doesn't let me start a game and says, "Your client needs to be restarted and patched." Do I wait for the 1.3.5 relocalizer patch or do something new?

I am also getting this problem, is there a known fix for that? I tried running repair.exe that doesn't do anything. I don't see any localized files to delete.

If you havent started the patch yet: Run the cleaner (option 3) first. Patching after that should be no problem.
After you have a working 1.3.5 version you can check if your Starcraft 2/Versions folder has a folder with a higher number than 18574. If yes you can try putting that number in the line which is 2 lines below the ":VERSION" line (#442 so -> #444) in the relocalize.bat. (Chinese guys look for ":CHINAVERSIONS") If you dont find such a folder or you dont know what I'm talking about - wait for an update.

I also have the enUS version with the esMX relocalized to play on LA servers. I had to do a clean install and then change the relocalize.bat file to add the extra 19132 on the end of SET VERSIONS like this:
SET VERSIONS=15405 16561 16605 16755 16939 17326 18092 18317 18574 19132
This is of course just a temp fix until GSC gives us a new version.
Thanks, Tyler

I'm starting to wonder whether it would be faster to re-install than to run repair.exe. It is taking a very long time.

This doesn't work for me I'm going to try the other option and see how it goes.

Okay I have two accounts. One US and one Taiwanese. I just tried using the relocalizer, and it for some reason made me re patch on both of my accounts. However, both of the accounts were unable to re patch leaving me with no option but to reinstall.
I am reinstalling both versions right now. Only this time I am going to rename both of them so that the folders and files aren't stacked. I am not sure if that was the problem or not, but if anyone can enlighten as to how to do this properly without error I would really appreciate it.
My native language is English. I would only like to relocalize the Taiwanese account so that is easier to navigate the interface, etc.
I would appreciate a hand, but if it would be easier to do it through Ventrilo or Mumble instead of trying to resolve the issue through forum chat. If you would be willing to do that I would prefer a pm. If not I will take any advice I can get through here.
Thanks
Edit: I reinstalled both my US and Taiwan SC2 again and haven't heard back from anyone with a follow up on how to correct the relocalization on Taiwan to English. I downloaded each client into separate folders.
However, inside of my US account when I reinstalled this time.
