I made this launcher app for this reason....it worked for this patch. If you don't mind waiting 2-5 sec until SC2 loads try it.

It will notify you if there is a patch out and not launch SC2. This will allow you to run the Clean function in the relocalizer.

I see people are running option three saying that they are having success which I am not familiar with this type of success. Are you suggesting that it just allows you to patch, or that it relocalizes to a familiar language? Because when I run option 3 it only asks me for my source language.

So is running option 3 a prerequisite before running option 1? Or am I missing something?

If there is a patch, you need to use option three for the patch not to mess up and give the error.
IE it allows the patch to work on your client.

The relocalizer will still not work until support for the latest patch is released.

i uninstalled sc2, but it was unable to delete the relocalizer since it was "still in use by another program" or something......how do i get rid of that error? as far as i know, nothing's using it.....

You probably have a txt file from there open or something.
Was there a readme?
I can't remember, probably.

Otherwise check for processes in the task manager, see if the localizer is still running in the background.

I cant get the fix where you add the new number to the relocalizer .bat file to work when going from enUS to zhTW (NA/SEA to Taiwan).

I get an error that simply returns "Battle.net" in the same orange window you would normally get the "wrong client version" error in when trying to login.

As far as i can tell i have done everything as i should, the only difference being i actually had a working 1.3.5 SEA/NA install before i installed the localizer in the first place so i didnt have any problems with the patch or have to repair or any of that jargon.

Anyway, cant get it to work SEA/NA to Taiwan, if anyone else can get it working, please let us know.

download Unlocker 1.9.1 and force delete sc2 if normal uninstall doesnt work. My support folder was in use with my web browser firefox, weird. Anyway after i used unlocker the folder was removed. Now i can reinstall sc2. as the relocalizer messed up the update (and yes i did try option 3 but it still didnt work).sourcce GB

i relocalized my NA sc2 to korea 2 days ago and now i just tried to change it back. it worked but when it patches when i start sc2 it gets stuck on 99% and gives error msg then exits

does this have to do with the relocalizer or the new patch? what can i do to fix this
