By the way, those with the 99% problem:
Run the relocalizer and clean your languages, it's option 3 I think.
Then go into your SC2 Folder, delete any region file that is not your source language. So if you have US and KR, delete every Korean file in your sc2 folder.....
Then run the repair.exe.
If that's not clear, I'll give the instructions again. After all, you are morrow and deserve good instructions. ^^
1.What you want to do is start the relocalizer, while you are currently set to enUS (or whatever your source language is), press 3, 124, and yes... This will clean your enUS.
2.Then, you want to go into your starcraft 2 folder, (this part is annoying)
3. Every file that says KR or whatever the Korean one stands for, YOU DELETE.
That means you have to go in the versions folder, and go to every base file, and delete every file that says KR in it... Then you have to go to every other folder in the SC2 directory (Mods, Versions, and even campaign.) You can also delete the localizer.
4.Then you have to run repair.exe, this takes a while so make sure you have something to do.
Remember, Your language has to be set to the first language while you do this.. If your client was originally NA, set it to NA. I know the instructions are a bit confusing, but they did work for me and someone else.. The repair.exe also takes a long time to do... If you need help doing it, there is always teamviewer, but I think it's relatively easy.

Hey so i was able to download the patch successfully on my NA client. I have an account on TW and when i try to relocalize it seems to work normally until towards the end of the process (while changing the files from NA to TW) it says file can not be found (twice in a row) then resorts to saying #CLEANUP. Is this because it is not updated to the current patch or is there something i can do to mess with my files and make it work?
Edit: People are saying that you can just install multiple SC2 clients in different languages as long as you re name the folders. Can anyone confirm how to do this?

You just download the client's exe and change the folder.... To even sc2 or Starcraft II Korea.. It doesn't matter.. It's relatively simple. You just change the directory.

Well, while that is one option, if you're having issues with that, you can just uninstall sc2 and reinstall it in each of the clients. This is what I did. However, make sure to backup any replay files or otherwise if you have them, or they will be deleted, as will any custom game records and such.

Well, This is what I did

This is because the relocalizer does not support patch 1.3.5 yet so you cannot play on anything but your home server without using a separate client now.

i miss my relocalizer!! i hope it gets updated soon T.T

to get it working with 1.3.5 :
just use option 2, change to your original installation.
edit the .bat file and find 18574 and add 19132 after it.
save/close the .bat file, run the localizer, choose option 1, choose a region, and you are good to go. mines working on tw/us/sea with 1.3.5
