Yesterday was really a bad day for starcraft but this I also don't get: if you read the conversation between Jeysen and GFB it is clear that Jeysen don't really want to fix the game. And it is also him who made this whole thing public. So it is very unfair to punish him this hard. Don't get me wrong: even to talk about fixing the game was not a smart move but in this context he was at least "not the bad one". And if I get the statement right they both got the same punishment -> not fair at all Banning of Lillekanin was maybe right but also a hard one. In the past of Starcraft 2 there were many players who were insulting each other or behave very badly and in this contex Lillekanin was not sooo bad. His chat at the end was not correct and tab to twitch chat is always a reason for banning but you also have to think about the situation: it was a 4 hour game and in the last hour nothing(!) was happening. So he didn't gain any advantage over his opponent or anything like that. He was just joking about this long game and not to give up was not his fault. (that flying whith buildings and ravens in a corner is viable is the main error) The bann was correct because of the BM but only if Blizzard and other organizations will be more strict about this in the future. I can name maybe 10 player who did worse BM and got nothing. summary: GungfuBanda: punishment should be even harder because match fixing is a no go Lillekanin: bann for WCS 2015 Season1 correct but only if admins will be more strict about BM in the future (hopefully) Jeysen : warning would be enough, he was not correct but in the end he said "no" the match fixing and made this case public -> getting the same punishment than GFB is not fair

This is against 12.0 B. 13.0 J "During the game, players may not use chat except for a greeting, closing, and request for pause." is not really enforced outside of korea, but still, it is technically an infraction. Combined with communicating with others (twitch chat etc.) and the comment at the end of the game, that is a total of 4 infractions, I wouldn't exactly say that requires too strict ruling to result in a suspension.

Obviously it is very hard being so professional with regard to your emotions at the age of 16, but rules are rules. Luckily this is only a 1 season ban, I'm glad none of them qualified yet because that would make it extra sour.

Then please say it clearly. No general sentences like "The WCS Administration team is also aware of other reported infractions of our Behavior rule (16.B in the WCS Player Handbook) on various social media and other public locations by players competing in the World Championship Series. Warnings will continue to be issued when players are in violation of the Code of Conduct, and further action may be taken after additional review" It's more transparent to say: "Naniwa and Happy were warned because of their behavior at the qualifiers", than "We warned people who broke rule 16.B of the WCS Rules".
