The time a unit needs to stand still before it can attack. That's why Immortal and Collosus feel more unresponsive than Marines and Maurauders. For some units, there is a good reason to have a damage point. For instance Hellion vs Speedling as Hellions otherwise would be able to kill infinitive Speedlings, but with Immortals it's just completley unncesary and just makes it unpractical to attempt to move it around.
Having a damage point of 0 makes it feel so much more rewarding (and imo fun) to control the units. I really would like Blizzard to look more into that.

To be completely frank. I do not think blizzard understand what makes an rts game fun, is by unit interactions against each other. Player control is the key, race dictating the power or what to do is boring as hell.
So to be realistic here, i dont think they will adress the bigger and more important issues in this game. Tonight they will talk about sc2 multiplayer - we will get more intell then, hope iam wrong but i really dont think i am.
Just look at the economy. I even think a tweet from a sc2 dev said something along the lines "the economy had a big overhaul". No it doesnt. Its the same economy. Its not what the community wanted, pretty far from it.

Vikings are already pretty much the best anti air/cost in such situations - even without Raven support. You can't have the cake and eat it too. I am not sure fixing that particular "problem" should be that high on the agenda... but that's just me.
