All I want to know is if I can free win terrans by using oracles, and if I need to proxy them, or if terran players are just bad, like usual, and need to be quiet?

Apparently the gap between B and A is bigger than the discrepancy between the truth that it would require him to use 2 hands. Personally, I just thought the gap could be made up with playing MOTW's and the whole ladder was bs, but I digress. Maybe you can help me out and let me know if oracles are truly op or if they still suck, and it's a horrible opening, and SoS is just lucky terrans are bad.
I'd say as long as you proxy oracle into Expand + Templar Tech you will crush a good # of terrans you play. Also you can mix it up with the 3 Gate All in or the 4 Oracle play or the VR all in from that position what ever suits your fancy is good LOL.
I think you can already beat most terrans with some kinda dt + templar opening. A proxy seems like an unnecessary risk, no? I used to play terran. Proxies are always obvious. There's a limited amount of locations that make sense. It just seems like a weird gamble to make, that only bad terrans should lose to. Like I just can't imagine flash struggling against it.
Is there a safe way to open that doesn't put the proxy pylon in jeopardy? I'd like to try it out, perhaps, but terran proxies scare me... I'm usually more worried about finding those/shutting that down.
That's the BEAUTY of Proxy oracles when in the right place it doesn't matter Terran will not have enough time to find it or kill the pylon as it hits very fast and you can proxy in a lot of locations in a lot of places espeically with the speed upgrade you don't even have to put it in the most optimal position LOL whats even better you can do a MSC poke TW the marines trying to kill it then get the 1 oracle to slaughter the marine count and then you are free to poach Scvs or camp their raxes and wait for poor mainres to pop out thats when you decide to go 3 gate all in because marine count will be poor and they won't be able to hold it LOL

A Protoss player calling Terran players "just bad as usual" before confessing he's afraid of "Terran proxies," how cute. But then again, what to expect from Mr. "The Observer is the worst unit in the game" ...
just going to put this out there but the window mine to me seems like a little bit of a buff in a way. I got very good last season with throwing just enough lings to trigger mines and micro them into the terran units doing decent splash damage, rinse repeat 2 -3 times will kill clumps of rines which arent medivac supported. i really liked doing this. Now the splash isnt enough! rines pound for pound clean up the lings, more efficiently now and the vacs only have to heal a little bit, thus they switch quicker healing faster making each rine a more effective off tank. But heres a bigger problem, the mines are still good and terrans are making more of them!
all im saying is . . .im happy i dont lose 24 lings with 1 good det, but id worked hard to cure that, now i cant use the mines against themselves . . personally i was looking forward to this but i feel for my playstyle its made the mu harder!

If you want to play passive and neglect Terrans strength (the early game) go for it, chances are you won't get far though considering how powerful Toss's mid game and late game is.
Did your client neglected to update the game? We are now in Hots with MSC, nexus canon, and also carry some changes from WoL (immortal buff, rax nerf, multiple bunker nerfs etc)
How many 1/1/1s did you see on high level TvP recently?
Siege doesn't require research anymore, 1/1/1 is still viable as long as you build bunkers.

If you refer to 1-base Marines/Tanks/Banshees (or whatever) all-ins against Protoss, no they're completely dead.
