No doubt this was decided using a very serious—even scientific—method.

Yes, I am sure the two games between Strelok and Ret (for instance) were highly conclusive regarding this 0.1 change in attack speed to reach the golden number.

I remember the polls back then it had like 70% approval. As a terran I didnt complain once about that buff, I thought it was a good idea.

The 3% deficit in the maastricht treaty for the EU was decided 30min before the negociation started on this point between people who were politicians and definitely not economists. Most figures that are throwing around (like buff X% or X% growth needed...) have 0 scientifical basis. and a tournament with bad foreigners doesn't mean anything, beta or not.

Marines, Turrets AND viking at 3:30 So we have to open with 111, which is useless, and before we can even confirm it's a stargate, with scouting, it's already too late. What? Jesus, no. Do you even play this game? 5 marines with no upgrades is enough to zone out the oracle. 5. That's all you need to survive the initial harass and completely zone out or kill the Oracle, and it is 100% doable while playing standard and without hopelessly compromising your build. That is true currently, and it will be no less true post patch when proxy Oracles hits like 10 seconds faster. From there, you have 5 options that will make you safe enough to move out. Get a turret. Get a bunch more marines. Tech to stim. Get a viking. Or get a Widow mine or two. You don't need to do all of those things and go for 111. Hell, you don't even need to do most of those things. All you need to do is one of those things. That is not some vicious stranglehold that will stifle Terran gameplay and railroad them into a single techpath. Its just routine map control and pressure.

What does that have to do with the price of tea in china? you're such a troll. 2.8 or 2.7 or even 2.5. The tournament you mentionned has nothing to do. There is 0 basis to a random tank buff that adds 1shot per minute. Just throwing shit at players and praying their happy with it. Or giving an argument to plansix so he can preach the holy bkimbrowder bible. User was warned for this post

•THUMBS UP - Revelation change seems pretty decent, don't know why it wasn't that way before honestly. •NEUTRAL - I'm mixed on the armory upgrade change, it seems pretty damn powerful tbh, but I guess we'll see. •THUMBS UP - The Siege Tank change is wonderful (about time they buffed tanks for god's sake). •NEUTRAL - Not the biggest fan of the WM change, but I definitely don't mind it all that much either. •THUMBS UP - Really like the Roach change, think it could lead to some exciting new strategies.

Why are you acting like you don't understand his point? because he at least read schaupenhauer (or knows without reading him, it's quite intuitive) and knows that when you run out of argument you make up a parallel that doesn't bring anything but distract the public from the original point.
