If Blizzard wants to encounrage Terran to build Ravens how about giving it a small buff ? If Ravens had any good use outside of PDD ( which you don't need if you play Bio vs Zerg ) people would build it more. Its basically a more expensive slower Overseer with less HP if you play Bio.

About the ops proposals, the overlord change is the only one that makes sense. Ever since I heard blizzard admit Zerg scouting is too hard before lair I thought about ove speed buff xd

Umm correct me if I'm blind but why can't zerg send a drone just like the other two races? Is an overlord speed increase warranted, since it makes catching early overlords with ranged units that much harder? If it's later scouting, get overseer... this coincides with about the same time Protoss gets obs so again, why increase ol speed?

terran can lift a depot to prevent a drone scout. toss usually has a zealot and sentry blocking the ramp to prevent scouting if there doing 1 base play and if there FFEing then u wont really scout anything useful other then the fact that they are FFEing. and by the time comes that they are doing something fishy a cannon will be up to prevent any more drone scouting.
toss and terran on the other hand can just send a probe/scv to the zerg base and see w/e they want to see.

The buff is for scouting later stuff but before lair. Like dts banshees any 1 base build where ovies can easily be blocked by a few marines/stalkers

Because in ZvT and ZvP Terran and Protoss block their ramp so the zerg player can't get scouting information. There is only so much you can guess when the only information you get is 1 Rax 1 Marine 2 Depot or 1 Gateway 1 Cybernetics Core/Forge 1 Zealot 1 Pylon. The Zerg will sac an Overlord to see what tech path their opponent is going. If the Overlord dies before it sees anything then the Zerg player is in the dark and has to blind counter whatever is being hidden. Also you don't "catch" an overlord, like in the same way you don't really catch a turtle or a slug, you just pick it off.

Reaper build was juse straight up broken if played correctly xd For all I care they can remove the unit because it's almost only used for gimmicky reasons these days :d it's just another side unit Terran has that they never needed. I wish they would give Zerg more useless stuff that's fun to play around with ^^

even if u do deny the scv/probe scout terran has scan and toss have observers. both of which are infinitly better then a slow overlord that can die while scouting on top of it losing supply when it dies.

I reckon blizzard should have a lengthy chat with the top 5 pro players from each respective races and talk about balance, current metagame and ideas to improve the gameplay instead of trying to do it by themselves (and gathering data from casuals). I dont see any shame in that.
Plus if they are promoting esports while balacing the game around casuals.. well you just cant have the best of both worlds.
