Yep, Nazgul's nine ringwraiths are now complete.
The Nazgûl -- also called Prowraiths, Blue Riders, the Nine Riders, or simply the Nine -- are nine promising players who succumbed to Victor's power and attained near-immortality as progamers, servants bound to the power of the One Team.

So you want teams to ignore promising Korean free agents because they are Korean?
If people want their beloved foreigner teams to stay foreigner-only, then foreigners need to play better so that there is no incentive to recruit Korean talent. TaeJa is easily a top 10 worldwide Terran (an argument could be made for top 5, although it's crowded up there) and has most of his career ahead of him.
This is a great pickup and helps strengthen the Terran lineup of Liquid. Jinro has been oh so lonely since TLO switched back to Zerg.
I dont think we will see another non-korean pick up by a major team from now on. Kind of saddens me, but Im happy my favorite team will kick more ass now.
