Perhaps blizzard balances ladder for each individual based on their worst matchup..........?

Now, all of the "a a t a a a" bio players are crying because their abusive strategy that promoted them into diamond league no longer works. Think about it like this: you get two aspiring baseball players. you give one a corked bat and another a standard bat. the kid with the corked bat seems to be a much better player than the kid with the regular bat. but then, one day, you realize that its unfair that one has a corked bat while the other doesn't. so you take away the corked bat and force him to use an official bat, and suddenly he isn't performing so well. this, in turn, leads to frustration on his part, and he declares baseball an unbalanced game which causes him to quit it forever. | ||

Since the hellion nerf i played very few games and when TvP, i just did some 2 port banshe or proxy rax. From a spectator's point of view i also hate TvP. For me, Terran is all about siege tanks and positional play. That MMM + kiting (every single macro game) that is TvP is just awful  | ||

Another thing, if the current metagame was 3 gate robo and 4 gate all in, I would gasless expand every game because it would be an auto win against both those builds. The only build I really think gasless fe struggles against is a 1 base blink stalker all in which is still holdable. | ||

Every race has builds you can do to get into masters pretty easily. I actually was a Z player during the timeframe you are speaking of, and I got into the old diamond league via 1 base roach rushing half of my games. I guess all of those 4 gating Protoss players put on their reading glasses and became macro pros though, huh. | ||

It should be obvious that Terran is the weakest race outside of Korea. Meanwhile in Korea Terran is still the most successful race so you cant really patch to solve this problem. | ||

I noticed this since from the beginning of this season I have had a lot more protoss opponents than I had TvZ and TvT, my two worst match-up. So basically check your winrates you'll be able to have more terrans depending of this | ||

However, Blizzard never explained how they define "active" players, so the 20% 20% 20% 20% 18% 2% claim cannot really be verified or valsified and isn't very informative in the first place. | ||

I'm having fun in TvT, I'm having a lot of fun in TvZ, I'm crying and want to hit F10-N when my opponent is Protoss. It feels like accelerating into a wall... the longer the distance (time...), the harder you will get smashed. Also yeah, I'm was not born nor raised in Korea, if that's relevant. | ||
