Just beat it, took me as long on the last 2 rounds as the other 28. For #30 you have to alternate having 3 shots MISS the tank, then 3 shots hit the medivac, then 3 MISS the tank, 3 hit the medivac ect.

Pick up tank to dodge first attacks, press H on dropship, once stalkers start attacking the medivac D+click medivac (early as possible making sure the 2nd attack hits medivac), once tank attacks twice pick it back up (if you did it perfect you also dodge the 3rd stalker hit.

To sum it up, make sure dropship is on hold position so it wont fly backwards when its hit, dodge first hit, make sure tank stays in dropship long enough to draw aggro, then tank shoots twice, pick up, wait for dropship to get aggro, drop 2 shots, repeat.

Takes a long time to get perfect, once you get in the rhythm its possible ^^
