Instead they changed it to the same style they have in WoW and WC3, which is much more comic-ish. I never understood Blizzard's obsession with making everything look like "cool" toys, at the cost of completely abandoning the original atmosphere, look and feel of their games. So sad. ![]() i dont agreee with that. BW"or the first build of sc2" looks so bulky and the proportion are weird i like the sc2 style more To the video its awesome to get such inside in to the development stages. 20k builds?wtf ^^ the Creep one is my favorite part "thats what happens when you put a bunch of programmers in a room without an artist" :D

In retail SC2, air units clip into each other rather than stacking, so the first build was rather fascinating to look at.

I think there are already vods on Youtube for parts of the panels. The multiplayer panel definitely has whole vods floating around. As for the mapmaking/DotA panel, you can watch the entire presentation on Youtube: + Show Spoiler + http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCi8O3nMU6w The art and technology panel has yet to be uploaded in its entirety, though you can piece it together from the videos in this article: http://www.sc2mapster.com/announcements/blizz-con-2011/

20k builds?wtf ^^ That essentially means there have been 20k code submissions to their repository. When you consider that this is over the course of 4 years it's not that ridiculous.

It's the fact that they're scared to support their game, tournaments, and generally just normal players because of pirates. Most developers nowadays know their game, if it is on the PC, will be pirated. They don't necessarily exclude such a big feature as LAN because of it. Blizzard already gets enough money as it is anyways, even if their sales did drop, they could recover. The reason why I mentioned B.net 2.0 is because it's so closed off. You play by Blizzard's rules, even if they aren't accommodating in say, a tournament setting. Once again you do not address my argument... once again you are saying they do not deserve their sales. This means that you support pirating. Bnet 2.0 still doesn't have anything to do with this... if there is LAN, it means they do not have to use Bnet 2.0, which is what you want. And then there will be piraters. It doesn't justify breaking the law just because you're unhappy with the product.
