Cant wait to see which race is going to be horribly broken with the new units. My vote goes to Protoss.

If the replicants are LoS based it would be pretty ridiculous, I feel that will change. Just getting sight of the enemy workers allow you to steal a Zerg or Terran's tech

The reason players go mass roach instead of roach hydra vs. protoss is that roaches are way faster and they can run around and reinforce much quicker. With hydras being fast that reinforcement path is much quicker, and you can micro/storm dodge, hit and run tactics, and you can micro vs. air much better. Speed upgrades are HUGE for the power of any unit.

Yes, seriously. If you can see it, you can replicate it, provided its not massive.

Now THAT could actually be useful. It still costs 200/200, but for specific cost effective combos, or nabbing units like spellcasters, it could be awesome. Protoss effectively have 200/200 Infestors now.


Get a couple replicants, create tanks and stall a 1-1-1 push until your unit count is high enough to destroy the army? Haha, gogo TvT

gush those two last maps look very zerg like type of maps...
I as a toss really lik the first one thought.
The second map look very like another map that used to be in second season where it had disructable rock on the natural on the side..

People are complaining about an expansion that might still be into beta but nevertheless gives so much new stuff to us.
I remember how many cried about the removal of KA and the speedupgrade for voidrays because it limits the possibilities and now the same people whine about units or spells being to strong before even know 100% how it works etc..

On topic: I can't really wait for HotS... have to play it now
Did anybody gave an official release date?
