good job Blizzard, i like it. i've tested these maps a bit and i really enjoyed them. Metal was getting old.

I'll miss Monlyth Ridge. Fun 2v2 map.

Bored of Metalopolis though, oldest map around and not very good compared to new stuff in tournaments (not so much ladder, though.)

I think they are removing the right maps. Close positions on metal is ridiculous and the other maps are just all around bad.

Overall balance has also proven to be an issue on Metalopolis -- even factoring in close position spawn issues. It’s among the least balanced maps currently in the ladder pool, and along with Scrap Station (also being removed) and Tal’darim Altar, has a heavy (60%+) bias toward zerg at the highest levels of play.

slag removal good, scrap removal good, dq removal meh, metal removal LOLOLOLOL, it gets rid of two of my vetos but will need to use two on new ones even if they're good for protoss because 4 player maps all the time suck

Played the test maps. All of my vetos are going to 3 out of the 4 new maps. Getting rid of Metalopolis is just dumb.

That's the most stupid logic i've ever heard in my life. Shattered temple shares the same problem as metalopolis what part of this do you not understand? Look i'm trying to be nice here, but it doesn't take a genius to understand this.
