Glad to see Delta Quadrant, Scrap station, and Slag Pits go. I am sad about the removal of Metalopolis though. At least I have all my vetos back

Just because its old doesnt mean they should get rid of it. The maps have to be balanced not brand new, metalopolis was one of the most balanced ladder maps and is used in pretty much every tournament without close spawns. I hope blizzard gets a big backlash for this but unfortunately i fear people care more about more trivial matters than the ladder map pool .

Only one two player map kinda blows imo. Would have like to see another two player or three player map (for 1v1) added.

I don't really mind the loss of meta, it has been around forever

Metal is a great map, but I never really liked it. They should also change temple to the MLG version, with no close spawns. They really need to add GSL maps, not those new maps that "accommodate all players". More of the maps should be the GSL maps, macro maps that create the best games and determine the true best player in each map. Rush and small-medium size maps just don't cut it.

Wow. Really did not see the removal of Metalopolis coming but oh well. I was only able to play a few matches on the PTR and mostly only Nerazim. Can't wait to see what strategies will come from the new maps though I see a lot of people are not in love with them so I am a bit wary. Time will tell if they are good maps or if Blizzard will end up having to take them out of the pool.

Yea I like that they are removing old maps but you can't remove decent maps and replace them with poor maps ;( Hopefully the new ones play better than they look.
