They represent no one but themselves and their teams. The koreans know this, why does the 'foreign scene' not know this? Sorry - but of course you will be looked at as the "foreigners" (aka representing the foreigners). That's just normal - when Inca & TOP went to the last DH they were looked at as "the Koreans". The same with IEM (Moon, Squirtle, Ace). Most people judged & compared them. When "the Koreans" will play at MLG & DH next month they will be looked at as representatives of the Korean community. Of course you are right on a basic level that you were not elected/chosen/qualified to represent the foreign community - but you will represent it ![]() That said: Good luck and most important: have fun!

This is freakn awesome. QXC and Sheth seem "obviously" good enough to compete well Have you even watched NASL? QXC is so far out of practice I am amazed he is still part of FXO.

Well, that's part of the problem that should be corrected then. The "Us" vs "them" mentality. If people truly want competitive SC2 to be global, then they should be looking at individuals/teams and not nations. Remember back in GSL1 when Torch, who nobody knew, played in the GSL? That was seen as a positive thing for the community, as he was bridging the gap between foreigners and Koreans. Sure, he didn't perform amazing, but he was there. If foreigners are afraid to go over to Korea until they have their hypothetical 'dream team,' then we'll never see foreigners in Korea at all, and the two communities will continue to be isolated.

Why would husky be a coach? he has very little understanding of the game except for being the first person to upload HD vods on youtube. As for zerg; IdrA & Dimaga are not listed in your top 3? and Terran should be; SeleCT, ThorZaIN, Strelok [/QUOTE] Don't feed the troll.

They fact that they play with foreigner style should work to their advantage in terms of unpredictable strategies, but this advantage will fall over time, and we can only hope that FXO players are mechanically strong enough to compete.

Rofl ... go and try to get rid of national prides then ... for all countries. Ever since the skill level difference between your average Korean and your average Joe from anywhere in the world has this division existed and this creates the "us vs. them" mentality. It is fine to have that just as much as you are a fan of Team Slayers or oGs or FXO or player XYZ ... without such "us against them" feelings there will be ZERO excitement in any sports competition and we will all sing cumbayah and smoke weeds and see funky colors and have zero problems with anything. EDIT: You are free to sponsor team houses - for everyone who wants to do serious practice as the Koreans do it - in the rest of the world. Maybe after those have existed for 5 years you can get rid of the "us vs. them" mentality by equalizing the gap in the training.
