I'm especially excited to see how Sheth does over there. He's already pretty beastly and this is only going to help. Hopefully this is also the thing that brings QXC out of his slump. He's such an entertaining player it's a shame seeing his recent results. Thanks FXO! Forget what any of the naysayers are saying. This is great for everyone in the starcraft community!

IMO (gut feeling) FXO seems to be a really solid team compared to many others in the west. With solid I mean planning, training focus, stamina etc. Skill-wise they probably have to improve in order to make it further than the first round since the competition is sooo hard and FXO probaly wont have enough experience with the korean server/playstyle

How proud I am as an Australian, that this company is pushing all these amazing players (and a number of Aussies) into the mecca of SC2. It can only do them good, regardless of eventual scores. Secondly, I feel there are a lot of fanbois out there upset that their favourite players teams couldn't find the money, or piece it together. Complaints of "But, EG/Mouz/Dignitas are sooo much better" are irrelevent. This is the team that has the kahoonas to spend probably upwards of $25k to gain exposure, practice, and experience. Really interested in their "new signing" too! I've heard that Sen is running out of contract soon? Confirm/deny? Really hope its not another member of ROOT. That'd be the cherry on top if KiWiKaKi wanted to give Korea another go, and for that reason move to FXO. Note: Before you flame, yes, I am clearly simply speculating on little or no facts.

Sure, the majority of the FXO team are unproven in such a large competitive environment as the GSL, but that's no reason to me negative about it. I don't necessarily expect FXO to go in and smash IM, TSL, oGs etc into the ground, but I don't see any reason why with a good training environment and a good work ethic the team can't get into competitive shape. Looking forward to it.

Even if they lose matches, its about experience. Suddenly FXO sends people to go to MLG in 6 months time and they rip everyone a new one with their vastly improved mechanics and game sense learned from korea.

Its not going to happen. They also think that teams with 3 known members are going to compete in the GSTL... Again not going to happen. You need 8 members. 8 who have taken games of koreans and are capable of doing so.. I dont know many teams with that many members who have already played korean players regularly and consistently and understand the way the korean scene plays. I am truly disappointed. For those who are being encouraging, thaank you for being the bright light in the dark depths of teamliquid. GL sir! I'm cheering for you. your team got an opportunity to be one of best team edit: what will happen if Naniwa and Sase come to Gom house? there are already 12-13 people in Gom house.

I updated the OP with some common misconceptions so perhaps some people will stop posting misinformation. Shame to those who even have negative things to say about this. Warm your hole up and keep looking at the small piece of sky visible in your hole.
