I've been using this mod for such a long time I have trouble distinguishing what the game 'should' look like. Roll out the banelings, Genesis Brood - they are the real tell! I agree with pzea - it looks to me like the mod is ON in every picture? :|

The Stronger Team Colour mod recently wont work for me anymore due to the recent patch, is there going to be a newer version out soon?

Yeah. I like the easy to see and cartoony style of the stronger colors. ;_; I'm already tilting terribly on ladder.......

I did have this installed and working properly..however the mod stopped working and i can no longer get it to work, i have tryed manual, auto, even completely uninstalling SC and trying fresh. can anyone give advice please?

IMO, I think the posters in here who want stronger team colors in the game should petition and harass Blizzard/Dustin Bowder until they get the hint and make this a priority. Patches will always come and there is no guarantee this mod will work for future versions of SC2, especially if the creator of this mod stops supporting it.
For example, the community was just vocal about resuming replays after a disconnect. Blizzard heard us and made it a priority.
FYI, I was vocal about the team colors in Beta (which was much worse than it is now) and posted here on TL as well as Battle.net to get the community and Blizzard's attention on this matter:

Blizzard heard us and made the change back in Beta. I I'm sure Blizzard can add an option to allow colors to be throttled so that the game stays the same for the majority of the community but for those who want stronger colors, they can increase this throttle.
I'm personally happy with the team colors now (except for some ZvsZ matches where it can sometimes get confusing but I can tolerate this) so I'll let someone else pick up the torch and create some topics of this on Battle.net to get Blizzard's attention.

I just tried this for the first time today, tried 4 times until I looked at the back here and found out its just broken
Is this still something oyu can do manually?

Alright, here's what can be done. Please back up your enUS.SC2Assets file that's located in Program Files/Starcraft II/Mods/Liberty.SC2Mod (Not the similarly named Multi one since it no longer works there). Now that it's backed up and safe, here's what to do.
Download the STC here(http://www.mediafire.com/?w11tb1i4xydafsc)
and with an mpq editor(http://www.zezula.net/en/mpq/download.html)
Double click on the mpq editor and click on the top left button that says OPEN.
now locate the enUS.SC2Assets file inside Program Files/Starcraft II/Mods/Liberty.SC2Mod(the one you just backed up). For the love of all that is holy, please remember, NOT THE MULTI folder. Now that it's open, you will see a folder called Assets. Now download STC from the link i gave and you will see that it too has an Assets folder. So here's what you need to do. The contents of the STC need to go INTO the enUS.SC2Assets. So just drag in the Assets folder inside STC right to the mpq editor. It might ask if you want to replace stuff, say "yeah".
now CLOSE the mpq editor before you start SC2. Or you will experience very weird stuff, like probes being spheres and crap. You can go ahead and try this if you're curious, but otherwise close it and then start SC2.
Let me know if it works for you guys as well.

Pzea469, just wanted to say thank you for this mod. This mod is absolutely awesome and i didn't realize how much i loved it until it no longer worked. When the colors went back to default they just seemed so bland and mehh. Thank you good sir.. You did a great job with it!! <3
