You can still block a ramp with 3 2x2 buildings. Ramp blocking is still completely possible, you just need one more structure.
Holding down a key doesn't work for anything anymore. That includes abilities, unit creation, etc. (Stupid change IMO). This will probably get reverted after the Bnet forum is flooded with QQ from people getting carpal tunnel syndrome.
Ultra splash is quite a bit bigger now.
Chat channels are great, but I preferred the old Bnet style interface.
I can't tell the difference between extreme mode and ultra, or even high. Extreme graphics just adds an SSAO option, which only affects single player.

any1 know what that means?? When a terran teammate left the game and you had control of the scvs, turning on autorepair would not charge you money for repairing, charging the player that left instead. It now charges you money correctly

to be completely honest i think the clicking will be easier than it seems once you've done it for a week.
i dont think that the matchup in zvz is screwed, hydras and corrupters could both be used as well as mutas. i definitely dont see it becoming a mutavmuta-fest

The extreme graphics look really, really nice! It might be because I've been playing on low for a while but I think there's a difference. : )

btw for everyone who isn't aware, the zerg not being able to hold Z applies to terrans holding A for marines as well. It wasn't just zergs who got the shaft.

Do you also build as many Zerg units over the course of the game? Probably not. I don't have a huge problem with the FG change, I just think also making phoenix produce a lot quicker is unnecessary if changing FG.

I used to mash buttons all the time until I heard Artosis say you can hold it down.
I got used to holding it down.
Now I'll get used to mashing again.
Carpal tunnel will probably make a comeback though.

I think it means in 2v2, if you repair your ally's stuff it charges you instead of your ally.

lol I have absolutely no doubt that both the fungal nerf will at least be changed to a snare, if not completely reverted, and the zerg having to push each hotkey for each larva will be gone in the next patch.

Love the changes in this patch. Halucinate time reduction is great!! Another thing that blizzard can consider doing is add detection to halucinated observers. This may give some options to not go robo all the time

Blizzard made a deal with the medical industry on getting dips in Carpel Tunnel Surgeries and therapy. Otherwise, I cannot comprehend their thoughts. None of them. I've been watching GSL... and I don't see how this is gonna fix anything. And why is Blizzard messing with mechanics? The game, man, the game!

Wow, talk about an amazing buff for phoenix. Not only can you get that 4-5 phoenixes out faster now off one base, but they can roam the skies completely uncontested now without having to worry about fungal growth.
Also, I'm very happy repairing scvs have same priority as attacking units now. Hopefully we see less of those crazy thor rushes against P.

Should be easy to simulate, just don't mine or produce or attack for 3 minutes, both people.

i feel comfortable claiming that phoenix builds are now incredibly strong vs zerg. the build time is super fast now and there's no concern of losing them all to Fungal. if the changes go through, we will definitely see much more phoenix play from P
