![]() My only comment to JP would be, unless you really just like throwing tantrums, don't bother with the threatening rhetoric next time and just make a decision. If you want to stop doing the show, then stop doing the show, period. Don't even say anything because that would give people a false sense of contribution to the decision-making process...just simply cease doing the show altogether and never mention it again. OR, learn to deal with/ignore the voices that grind your gears, and keep doing whatever you want to do, however you want to do it, without apologizing or rationalizing it. Read feedback if you like, or don't if you can't handle the good with the bad. But seriously, next time you feel like "fuck this I'm out this bitch" then do it like a boss and quit for good and give zero fucks about it, but don't come crying to the teenagers and neckbeards because it's just pathetic man. Oh and here's your feedback just to make you feel bad...I'm listening to the latest cast and I'm wondering why you would even bother using YOUR time to make a show that is just talking to the MLG dudes when they never say jack shit in these interviews. I mean a half hour went by and I felt like I could have listened to a cast of the wind blowing and I'd learn just as much. Well I guess with Sundance that's literally what it was so nvm. Also, you probably have at least one techy friend that you could ask for some advice on how to replicate your production assets on a laptop, I'm just saying it's an entirely doable thing, so that's the type of thing where apologizing or making excuses for it is pointless, it would be better to just not give a shit and tell people to deal with it.

It was awesome a couple of years ago when you feel like you're part of a community and nobody felt entitled to anything. Now with so many people here there's a "holy shit we need to clean up our act so esports can be huge" sentiment that kinda sucks the fun out of everything. Ironically half the people bitching about professionalism are the same ones who balked at PPV.

There might be more trolls now, but I don't think things are all that different now than they were, for example, just before the SC2 beta came out. Threads just move faster, I think.

You are just giving yourself excuses and calling me stupid in the process. As I stated, you try it, I will tune in on your first episode. Some series out there had 100+ episodes before they got a real viewership or even noticed. They worked hard to become something, you just don't get it. It's easy to spit on things and say "They are lucky" there was little to no luck. I personally only knew of DJWheat and heard of him from epileptic gaming, but never anything about JP's show till SC2 starting to become big. Instead of calling me names, and making excuses, please try and I repeat. TRY to make something yourself before you spit on others work. These people work their asses off for us so we can have great entertainment. Edit: Seems you're a different poster, but the comment still stands You think meritocracy rules in e-sports? ha ha ha.... The entire community of western starcraft is one big nepotistic plutocracy. There's a reason theres no major fall-outs or drama between players, casters and leagues - they all support each other and refuse to badmouth each other, even when necessary or justified. Im not suggesting theres a coherent body that monitors whats going on, but good luck getting far in this scene when you speak your opinion and rustle feathers. The caster debate recently just highlighted this. There are casters that are fucking terrible in this game, and the only one that they attack is the one who has already left the scene. None of this is even mentioning South Korea, where corruption and shady deals are widely accepted among all businessmen.

1 - Its going to be fun 2- the threads is going to be on fire with rage about not naming the show proprely, not being a normal show, not being regular, still talking too much about mlg somehow because its a d3 stog not a sc2 stog, Basicly JP and the pillar will fuck up SotG lore and people will be driven mad and fire will fall from the sky n stuff, would be good shit.
