Seeing as this is essentially the last patch until July, there are a few things I feel Blizz missed (but hopefully will be addressed in the future)

*Templar tech reduced to just Templar Archives; archons slightly buffed
*Make the large air fatties--battlecruiser, carrier, mothership--viable at higher level play
*Warp prism needs to have a greater advantage over a pylon
*Roaches need to return to 1 supply and nerfed, 2 supply and buffed, or two out of a 3 supply egg
*Even with ultralisk buffs, they are slow, fat and have difficulty getting to the front lines before dying
*Corruptors should be more viable as anti-air than just something to turn into brood lords (hydralisks, for example, are more effective AA)
o something to increase the use of drops overall?
*Tank splash still makes them a bit too strong?
What are your opinions?

Oh, and the infestor's name doesn't even make sense anymore.

Holy Overseer buffs. Every race will need to completely turret up their entire base vs. zerg, even if the zerg has zero air otherwise That is, if they intend to have any production capabilities at all. I realize they want to make the unit more interesting, but for something so cheap and widely used already, it seems pretty ridiculous.

The terran buffs are nice, I always thought stimpak cost was a little prohibitive for something so vital in the early game. Combat shield as well. This might make it more viable to start off with a bio-heavy build rather than spending gas on teching to Factory/Starport in 90% of games.

Toss nerfs are completely unnecessary. Really feel bad for them right now, FF and Void Rays provided some of their most interesting gameplay, and they're certainly counterable if you know what you're doing.

Overall, these changes seem to be aimed at making the game more 'fun' for the bronze-silver player, while lowering the skill ceiling. I'm certainly not the best myself, but this is not a good direction to be going.

UDP, I might be able to finally play without lag! Awesome change!

The rest is rather ridiculous.. all they had to do was increase ultralisk speed.. and they still havent! Decrease life.. still useless.
Frenzy is idiotic.. it does look like a WoW spell, nothing that belongs in sc.. makes you immune to stuff? soo dumb.
Forcefield change is meaningless, ultras are still crap. I guess thors got (even) better.
Overseer can make an infested terran.. for 125 energy?? so it can make ONE? also idiotic.

Looks cool, I like that they are trying out lots of new things. Probably not all of these changes will last forever. I am looking forward to trying some new strategies out.

The new spells are great, but I hate the direction they've taken the Ultralisk in. What I really need as a zerg is something that will tank some damage for my army. DPS is fine, but zerg armies melt while T and P armies have absurd retention. What does blizzard do? Nerf roaches outright and turn the ultra into an anti-armor DPS unit.

Trying to decide if I should just switch to Terran.

I think this patch is awesome. I like how they buffed the ultralisk indirectly by buffing the infestor. Zerg did also need an anti-armor unit. As far as the HP nerf goes, I'm going to trust blizzard's internal testing. Maybe 600 actually was too much with frenzy. Moreover, contaminate can be used to slow down the production of factory units.

MMM balls werent used in 99% of matches, only 98%, blizzard felt they needed a buff so that they would be the primary vehicle.

also, in the other 1-2% were mech builds vs zerg that will now still rape ultras before ever getting to hit the cannons

This patch is seriously amazing. So many new strategies. Seriously awesomeness. Medivac thor micro to own forcefields, utlra cant be kited by marauders now, frenzied roaches anyone?, overseer seems kinda imba now but we will have to wait and see, buff to bio for terran seems a bit much but we will have to see how it turns out, void ray nerf sweet!, exciting patch for sure.
