we need to remember that in the end, its a sport played by men who are passionate about the game and about winning. theres going to be some "fire" and shows of passion and sometimes it shows physically. obviously roy keane style kicks arent gonna be allowed but a minor clash of personalities isnt the end of the world. football is turning too g rated tbh. why have full grown adults play like theyre kids?

We live in a golden age of humanity. Less wars, less hunger, booming economies. If the biggest worry growing up is what kind of mobile phone you will buy you cant become "hard". Many many children, teens get everything served on a silver platter. They cant build a hard character.

He hit so many players all these years with referee impunity when he was in Real Madrid. Maybe he cries because he realised that referees can send him off now that he is not in Real Madrid xD

If anything you see it more from kids with harsh upbringings (which makes sense - because that makes you more likely to develop a 'win at all costs'-mentality'). It has nothing to do with softness. What matter is whether players benefit or not. As long as they benefit of playacting and diving they'll continue doing it. When players are injured for real they often try to stay in as long as they can because they want to keep playing.

pretty brutal. obviously shows lack of experience/ stamina, so it's not like it's 'undeserved', but would be fun to be on the other end of it soon. :D

Completely different and not releated to Red Bull, so everything is fine. + Show Spoiler + And also they have a lot of money and UEFA likes money.

This afternoon, Inter Miami CF added to its front office personnel. Jurgen Mainka was announced as the Chief Business Officer for the team.Mainka comes to Inter after nearly six years with CONCACAF, the final three as Deputy General Secretary and Chief Commercial Officer. His last time spent with a Major League Soccer team came nearly six years ago, when he served as Vice President of Communications and Community Relations for the New York Red Bulls. Mainka will oversee team and stadium business and manage all non-soccer operations aspects of the club, which includes administration, marketing, communications, sponsorship, ticket sales and stadium operations, according to an Inter Miami release on the news. “Inter Miami’s ownership group is excited to work with Jurgen in building the business side of our club,” co-owner Jorge Mas said in a team statement. “Jurgen brings with him expertise in sponsor relationships and the enthusiasm needed to deliver a great fan experience that will benefit our community.” “It is an honor to be able to contribute to this exciting soccer project in one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan cities in the world,” Mainka, a native of Mexico, said in the statement. “I’m looking forward to working with Jorge and the ownership group as we build a global franchise that represents Miami, MLS and its fans both in the USA and abroad, making our community proud on and off the field.” Mainka appeared before the City of Miami commission in July to support Miami Freedom Park, the proposed location of Inter’s new stadium in the Grapeland community of the City of Miami.
