Sad to say kante is a problem for this team. We need him because we actually struggle to win balls when we give away possession. Jorginho presses but he is average defensively. But then we also need jorginho at the base of midfield for our build up play. Kante in an attacking role is so ineffective. Too short to attack balls, not creative enough to make chances when he is in a good position. Argh what a shit situation we have with kante. Dave too is becoming a liability because we don't need his brilliant defensive skills. We need an offensive presence in the right side. Front 3 wise I'm not convince either Pedro or willian is good enough. Perhaps mahrez would have been perfect, someone able to cut in and actually threaten, rather than pass the ball back to jorginho. Ay just someone that actually wants to shoot rather than pass... Also I was wrong about Morata. He is terrible. I'm not upset at his misses. I'm upset at his positioning. He doesn't make smart enough runs, and is often offside. Good cameo by Barkley though. Positive runs by him. I'm cool with him as long as he doesn't shirk responsibility and play like Henderson. | ||

Issue i have is Willian looked bit tired second half as well, when he swapped over to left last 20 minutes of half he was good as well. But why play Willian and Pedro in Greece, you play 1 and rest the two you going to play on weekend. Kovacic struggled which was a bit sad but we just need to learn against teams that play compact against us. We should have won the game lets not forget all the huge chances we missed, but when you dont take your chances you wont win the game. Hazard twice trying to give ball to Morata for tap ins instead of shooting etc xD Oh well, im sure we sign a striker in January tbf and this season aim is get top 4 and anything else is bonus. We are on course with that from opening 6. Maybe we can do a number on Scouse on weekend! Not saying it an excuse, but getting back Friday pm and having a Sunday pm game is not the best prep either | ||
