Yea, well, big upset. The fact that with 10 they still manage to score a goal and draw says enough. And I mean this is not like in the BPL or pretty much any other league where this occasionally happens, pretty much due to luck. In Spain clubs like Barca and Real are just expected to win pretty much all of their games. I guess the Bundesliga point raised is a fair one though. I don't know why, but somehow I still prefer watching Bundesliga, although I don't really watch either league (Spanish or German) much. Would be good if Dortmund would be able to get back in shape and make it a bit harder on Bayern again. Always liked them cause i thought their jerseys were cool +_+ | ||

And you're trying to say that the league now is already decided because there are some teams have had a good start? We all know Liverpool won't keep up their win streak forever and teams like Tottenham, Arsenal and Man Utd (if Mourinho would go) will still be hard to play for any of the top teams. On top of that you always have some teams that perform surprisingly well and one of them even managed to win the title a little while ago. Secondly are you suggesting that currently, fans of United (ok maybe not United lul) City, Liverpool and Chelsea do not expect to win every game they play? I can promise you there is not a Single, Liverpool or City fan today with 100 percent guarantee that doesnt expect to win no matter who they play. Did you not see the diatribe on Chelsea just a page back when all they did was draw on an off day? And thats just one example. Again expectation is not reality. And expectations are extremely variable based on form and have a significant element of arbitrariness. You are conflating the perceived competitiveness of a league (which is debatable given the number of unique winners and how title races have unfolded the past 20 years in the PL) with how interesting it is to watch. They can certainly overlap based on ones preference, but they are not, as you alluding, the same. So you made a rubbish blanket statement and are now providing vague examples to defend. Not really a hill worth dieing on. MLS is for example extremely competitive, I think you will find it a joy given the proclivity I can assume you have based on your statement.. you never know whose going to win anyday! I would recommend it to people like you quite strongly, you will love it. At the end of the day though, you are still contradicting yourself by preferring the Bundesliga based on your arbitrary valuation of "competitive(debatable) = interesting" | ||

You expect the trio Real/Barca/Atletico to have 85+ points each year. 85+ points also means you win ~ 27 afk games of 38. If that trio were fighting for the la liga title with 75pts at end, that championship would have a much better competition because they wouldn't have to play so much afk games (and far more close games). 85+ looks more like they are hitting a wall and we are watching who is doing better (too much 6-1, 5-0, 8-2, 4-0 games). edit: from other perspective How do you feel that you didn't win title (decided at last machday) because your team didn't have enough points (75pts). You dont think Messi and Cronaldo are sore losers? Everyone else appeared at the ceremonies, only those two didn't. They can't even show respect to Modric which is a shame. And about the second post.
