Only happened once in the NBA, once in the NFL, and once in MLB with the most recent being Super Bowl V MVP in 1971. Hockey is the exception since they give their MVP trophy to the MVP of the whole playoffs so you still see it on the Stanley Cup losing team from time to time | ||
